Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wooden) any section, embedded in natural ground, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement sheeting (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) of any thickness as in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing/wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing bitumen felt including cement mortar bedding including padding cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth to broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making goood surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers nexc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete of steel post or struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) laid on roof in adequate slope complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers (10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement, using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in finishing coat or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separetaly as supply only.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on roof slab/canopies/chajjas with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instruction and make surface to receive water proofing treatment, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separetaly as under relevant item.

Material and labour for preparation of new plasterd surface and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required hade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. of wall/ceiling (in approved camouflaged pattern as directed) complete specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for roof trusses(framed),trussed ,purlins ,rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats confirming to Fe 410 - W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as speecified and directed.

Supply and fix for expanded metal, cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples to steel members weight per square metre exceeding 4Kg complete all as speecified and directed.

Supply and fix for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
