Providing & Fitting fixing of Motorised Door made of MS with internal insulation with ceramic Blanket, & allied equipment Motorised Door drive arrangement including 0.5 HP motor, gearbox, chain, sprocket, counterweight, limit switch & clutch arrangement & arrangement of manual operation etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer–in-Charge

Providing & Fitting fixing of stainless steel vertical wet scrubber along with water recirculation pump water tank duly lined with FRP piping, (ventury scrubber to control air pollution with capacity 150 mg/hr, 3mm thickness AISI SS304 plate, spray nozzle, mist separator and damper etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-Charge

Providing & Fitting fixing of stainless steel ducting from furnace to scrubber and scrubber to chimney of SS 304 of dia 300/322 mm with necessary flanges dampers and SS hardware etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer–in-Charge.

Providing & Fitting fixing of fresh air arrangement including Blower centrifugal type with minimum 1 HP motor, 600 CFM discharge capacity ,Distribution chamber, necessary Valves etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing & Fitting fixing of trolley with electro mechanical operation along with facility of automatic UP down and reverse 7 forward for smooth charging of body inside furnace along with its rails and accessories etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing & Fitting fixing of Vertical heaters bundled with rod type made of 80-20 Ni-Cr / Cr wire with protected by APM Radiant Tube etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing & Fitting fixing of Electrical control Panel with 14 swg sheet metal enclosure painted with anti corrosive paint in/c thruster power regulator with PID temperature controller with contactor with change over switch and also necessary cables, Electrical devices etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer –in-Charge.

Providing & Fitting fixing of Cables from source to control Panel & Control panel to furnace and others motors, Earthing with all earthing materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in- Charge.
