Excavation of earth below G.L by manually or by mechanically means for laying of sewers , manholes ,Gully pits,chambers etcin soil including extra excavation below inverts, trimming &dressing of sides, levelling &backfilling of trenches by excavated earth in 20cm layers ,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled materials up to 50 meters from the centre of the trenches & cleaning of site properly after completion of the work. Excavation by mechanical means shall be restricted upto 90cm above invert level at every point of excavation.Excavation from invert level to 90cm above shall be done by manually only.Excavation in soil mixed with morum,shingle & kankar etc using of any specials T&P, if required. 4.1 0m to 1.5m BGL

Supply & Laying-Jointing of following dia. RCC S&S pipes with rubber gaskets to the site of work, lowering the same into trenches below ground leveltrue to alignment, making the joints with rubber gaskets and with necessary spun yarn soaked in bitumen jointing with 1:2 cement mortar in coarse sand including cost of all jointing materials and testing etc complete but excluding excavation and backfilling of trenches upto ground level. 200 mm dia NP-3Class Pipe, 0 to 1.50m BGL

Constructing Brick Masonry Manhole of various data and depth as per IS:4111 para 1 in Fps brick class designation M-100 in cement concrete 1:5including inside and outside 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside only. The work includes excavation,dewatering,planking,strutting etc refilling, disposal of surplus earth with all lift and lead of 50m including construction of concrete base with PCC 1:4:8, preparation of channel upto the height of the pipe and benching in PCC 1:2:4 including neat cement finished , suitable connection of inlet &outlet pipes,testing of manholes ,curing etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as per entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge ( the depth of the manhole will be measured from the invert of the pipe to the top of the manhole cover) 900mm internal diameter at bottom 0.90-1.65 m depth

Providing and fix open timbering covering 1/3 surface area by planks in trenches upto required depth. Below ground level consisting, of 40mm - 50mm thick approved country wood planks for poling board 125mm *75mm India Salwood walers and 100mm dia Sal bailies for struts at 1.50m c/c including removal after laying of sewar (both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments & measurements i.e. face area timbered equals to length x depth of trench). Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor. 0 m to 3.0 m BGL

3.0 m to 6.0 m BGL

Dispoal of surplus earth, sullage, damaged pipe etc from working site to suitable place,carrying back for refilling of trenches after laying and jointing the pipes upto max 60m one side , disposal of excavated earth from site to suitable place upto max distance 8km one side including providing all material,labour,T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of work as per instruction of Engineer in charge. 200 mm

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each pannel of size 2.5m x 2.0m made of 40 x 40 x6 mm angle iron or 50x50x3m hollow MS Tube posts/ horizontal members/ bracing covered with 1.63mm thick MS Sheet. The Sheet shall be fixed with 30x 50mm MS Flat by suitable welding/ reviting. Which includes writing and painting arrangements for the traffic diversion such as signals during construction site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer

Shifting of Household sewer domestic connection including supply of all material, labour ,T&P etc required for the proper completion of the work.

Shifting /Repairing of Household water connection coming in the alignment af sewer line /manhole chambers including excavation ,refilling , supply of all material,pipes,for sizes 15 to 20mm, 65mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm making good complete as per satisfaction of Engineer in Charge

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work. 5 Hp

Provision for crossing sewer through existing drains coming across the alignment of sewer including making it good after laying the pipe.
