Acoustical Interior Works (Ceiling, Walls, Floor) including supplying of all materials fitting fixing all cost and complete as detailed in BOQ for proposed upgradation of Community Hall cum Training Center within Budge Budge Municipality (For Rate Purpose to finalise of Project parameters Only). (See Annexure – 1 for further quantity details).

Supply, installation griping system of Fabric made with PVC gripper fixed on Surface of ply / any kind of board in 600mm to 650 mm (approx.) CC vertically as well as horizontally for gripping Fabric to finish as per design and direction of Engineering In Charge, (excluding the cost of Fabric / decor including Labour, wastage and taxes)

Supply of best quality approved fabric cloth with covering the inside facia over glass wools jackets complete as per direction of the Engineering In Charge. (only the cost of fabric included)

Acoustic friendly Ceiling using 12.5 mm thick Fulltone Gyp Board (595 X 595 mm) which includes GI Perimeter Channels of 20 mm and 30 mm flange with having 27 mm web and 0.55 mm thick placed along the perimeter of ceiling , with GI intermediate channels of 0.9 mm thk. of size 45 mm X 15 mm placed at 1190 mm c/c with GI ceiling angle of 25 m X 10 mm X 0.55 mm thick fixed to the soffit with GI Cleat and expansion fastener / Rawal plug. Ceiling Section of 0.55 mm thick having knurled web of 51.5 mm having two flanges 26 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip with direction per perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 297.5 mm C/C. and 50 mm thick Resin bonded glass wool blanket ( weighing 32 Kg. / Cum.) of size 0.60 mtrs. X 0.60 mtrs. covered with best quality cotton cloth treated with naptha solution including cost of wooden blocks, Rawl plug, all jointing an fixing accessories, painting, two coats of top coat as per direction of the Engineering In Charge. ( The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of tools & plants, carriage, staging and all other incidentals.)

Veneer panelling - Supply and fixing natural Veneer finished paneling - made with 6 mm thk BWR ply fixed on G I Ceiling Section fitted vertically @ 400 mm C-C mounted with screw and connecting clip on Perimeter Channel fixed at top and bottom along with intermediate chanel placed in between @ 1200 C-C horizontally . 4 mm thk veneer pasted with glue over 6 mm thk BWR ply board previously fixed with screw on GI section and finally finished with High-gloss french polish over all visible veneer surface as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Door - Supplying Door Shutter of 1.5 mm thk. Aluminium sheet as core layer fitted in both faces with 6 mm thk. Neoprene rubber matt using approved quality acrylic based synthetic resine bonded adhesive and 12 mm thk BWR ply conforming to IS - 303 - 1989 over neoprene rubber sheet, both the exposed top surface fitted with 4 mm thk decorative Veneer sheet, shutter fitted with door shutter drop seal, fitted and fixed in position using Cobra flange full flexible hinge of 75 mm size including cost of material , super quality acrylic based synthetic adhesive for all pasting air drop strip door seal, hinges etc. and all other incidental complete as per drawing and Direction of Engineering - In - Charge excluding the cost of shutter periphery styles and rails made with 50 mm X 30 mm teak wood sections. (payment will be made on the basis of core wall only)

Supply and fixing SS Glass Door type 'S' Handle Size 22 X 300.

Supplying and fixing pleated Curtain of best quality approved fabric for the purpose of fitting and fixing in position and necessary plastic ring, S S Rod for hanging completed as per direction and inclusive of all taxes.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 6 mm thk Shera Fibre Cement Decoboard panelling fixed with screw over GI framing made with ceiling Section for paneling placed in vertical direction @ 300 mm C-C with Inter Chanel @ 600 mm C-C placed horizontal in middle where perimeter channel as Top and bottom member fixed to wall and floor with angle made from ceiling section in desired interval and finally finished with hi gloss french polish as per design and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, pasting of veneer only with polish finish complete, including cost of Veneer, polish, glue, labour charge only as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Supply, fitting, fixing Tower Bolt (18") made with Brass in Auditorium and Conference Room Door with S S Screw as per direction of Engineering In Charge.

Supply and fixing GI framing paneling - made with G I Ceiling Section fitted vertically up to RCC ceiling on both side @ 400 mm C-C mounted with screw and connecting clip on Perimeter Channel fixed at top and bottom (in one side) along with intermediate channel placed in between @ 1200 C-C horizontally as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying 50 mm thk PolyWool (1000 GSM) complete as per direction of Engineering - In - Charge.

Supplying 25 mm thk PolyWool (1000 GSM) complete as per direction of Engineering - In - Charge.

Supply, laying and fixing 19 mm thk. Engineered Wood flooring over ply surface with glue and screwing in staggered way to complete french polishing in all respect as per Direction of Engineering in Charge.(excluding the cost of french polishing)

Supplying fitting & fixing colour cloth with velvet finish in Main screen, double gathering with tussle and newar ball fittings. Provide Horizontal opening push botton control motorized system consisting of 1,5 HP 3 PHASE CROMPTOM make motor with suitable gear box, 2 Nos. air break connectors (L/T / Siemens) for operation close and open with 2 way operation i.e from storage and conlrol room with curtain mechanism including all necessary pillies shaft drum roller bobbin, steel rope etc. Complete mechanism size of curtain as per requirement of storage opening including front frills with tussle complete all respect as per direction of EIC . Size approx length 12 M and height 8 M.

Supply, fitting, fixing of Curtain Bsae made with 19 mm BWR Ply fixed under MS fabricated structure made with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS flat complete with black matt finish paint complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying fitting and fixing of Light bar motorized mechanism consisting of 1.5 Hp 3 phase motor witH gear box limit switches and push botton control ek including vertical moving arrangement by l way 2 way, 3 way,4 way, 5 way pulleys properly,Fixed over grid structures with help of 6 mm dia steel wire rope complete in all respect as per direction of Engineet in Charge for light bar with dual Gl pipe of medium gauge with dia of 50 mm and 35 mm with cable tray complete in all respect as per direclion of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suppply, fitting, fixing Frill for masking with black cotton cloth complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supply, fitting, fixing (Free Bar) with motorised mechanism consisting of 1.5HP 3 Phase motor with gear box limit switches and push button control etc. including vertical moving arrangement by way, 2 way, 3 way, 4 way, 5 way pully properli fixed from grid structure with help of 6mm dia steel wire rope complete in all respect as per direction of EIC. For light bar with dual Gl pipe of medium guage with dia of 50mm complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting, fixing and commissioning of Stage Legs / Wings of approx height 6m x l.8 m width to be made with 25 mm x 25 mm medium gauge MS tube in vertically placed in equal division welded to each other rigidly and painting the same with black synthetic paint finish( two coats) complete in all respect. 6mm thick BWR Ply to be fixed on both sides and finish with approved quality black cotton fabric on HDD foam cover including pivoted from bearing roller for rotational and side wise movement on the channel fixed to grid structure with three nos castor wheel on the bottom of the wing as per direction of EIC.

Providing Bar for batten & frill made with 50 mm dia. & 10.5 M long black Enamel painted pipe with vertical moving counter weight arrangement manually by 1 way, 2 way, 3 way , 4 way , 5 way pulleys properly fixed from grid structure with help of 6 mm dia. steel wire rope and manila rope for counter weight including winching arrangement

Supplying fltting & fixing Cyclorama Screen having horizontal moving mechanism with frame structure made up of 50 mm dia and 35 mm dia medium gauge black MS pipes with paint finish with white ptasiic perforated white screen with black border tied with the same complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Grid structure at 4m stage floor made of 50mm dia medium size MS pipe inserted in to wall for lacind fixing from left side to right side and from front to back at equal interval which anchored to ceiling for vertical support all complete with back enamel paint finish with a spacing of 1.75 mtrs and 1.3 mtrs along longitudinaly and crosswise direction respectively

Providing Parch made with MS angle of 35x6mm welded along with railing for fixing wire rope, manila rope and all other mechanism, 19mm block board planks are laid on platform for staging all complete with black point finish.

Providing and fixing of Proscenium structure is made of 50X25 mm MS hollow tube as all side members as well as horizontal members and vertical support @ 1200 mm C-C welded with rect. tube str. Which finally mounted on stage and welded with grid structure at top, complete with black enamel paint finish with a spacing @ 1.75mtrs c-c amd 1.3 mtrs along horizontally and crosswise direction respectively.

Making supply and fixing Podium made witrh 19mm thick boiling water resistant ply board and covered wqith 4mm thick decortive natural veneer and finally finished with super gloss melamine polishig etc. complete as per design and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Height - 1100 mm.

l'-6" wide catway running above the ceiling made with 40 dia MS round pipe and 40 X 40 X 6 MS Angle welded as per design and anchored to truss paint finish complete, providing and laying 25mm thick Malaysian wood plank all over the catway as per direction of Engineering -in-charge.

Chair and miscellaneous Work including supplying of all materials fitting fixing all cost and complete as detailed in BOQ for proposed upgradation of Community Hall cum Training Center within Budge Budge Municipality (For Rate Purpose to finalise of Project parameters Only). (See Annexure – 3 for further quantity details).

Supply and fixing superior quality woolen carpet with pile density of 1300 grms./ SqM having secondary jute backing and including necessary adhesive charges and all taxes and carriages other material etc. and complete in all respect as per direction of Engineering In Charge.

Supply and fixing SL No. plate on the back of auditorium sitting with indentifying Row alphabetically made of steel (Size - 4" X 3") as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing SI No Plate on the back of auditorium sitting with indentifying Row alphabetically made of steel (Size-2" X 1-1/2") as per Direction of Engineer-in-charge.
