M&L for Demolition of Block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete block masonry complete all as specified.

M & L Precast Concrete Block masonry type C-2 (1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) EXC 10CM with set in CM 1:4 complete all specified and directed

M&L for Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on block masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM( 1:6) on fair faces of block/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for Rendering 5 mm thick in CM( 1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete or PCC block masonry external surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern as approved by the GE) over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by EIC.
