Outsourcing for Manning and Operation of DG set at Lower plateau power house comprising of the following equipments/assets - (A) Lower Plateau power house (i) DG Set 125 KVA :- 01 No (B) OPERATING STAFF TO BE DEPLOYED – (a) Minimum qualification and experience of Skilled Tradesmen - 12th passed with 05 years minimum experience in relevant trade of operating and handling of DG set & CHS installations. The individual should be able to study the working electrical drawing and maint of DG set / CHS/ Motor/ Transformer /LT panel etc (b) Nos of person to be deployed per shift of 08 Hrs - 01 Person (c) Nos of shifts to be deployed per day = 02 shifts per day for 334 days( 2x334=668 shifts) (d) Unit rate to be quoted = Per shift

The individual should be able to study the working electrical drawing and maint of DG set / CHS/ Motor/ Transformer /LT panel etc (b) Nos of person to be deployed per shift of 08 Hrs - 01 Person (c) Nos of shifts to be deployed per day = 02 shifts per day for 334 days Winter season only ( 2x334day = 668 shifts) (d) Unit rate to be quoted = Per shift

Outsourcing services for Manning and Operation of water supply system and main pumping installation comprising of the following assets (A) Submerssible pump virtical type of Cap 7.5 HP to 25 HP AND 105 HP in bore well-02 nos (i) Lorry filling point -02 Nos B. TRADESMEN STAFF TO BE DEPLOYED : – (a) Minimum qualification and experience of Skilled Tradesmen - 12th passed with 05 years minimum experience in relevant trade of operating and handling of DG set & CHS installations. The individual should be able to study the working electrical drawing and maint of DG set / CHS/ Motor/ Transformer /LT panel etc (b) Nos of person to be deployed per shift of 08 Hrs - 01 Person (c) Nos of shifts to be deployed per day = 02 shifts per day for 334 days (2x334=668 shifts) (d) Unit rate to be quoted = Per shift

Applicable for items 1 to 4 :- (a) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/Concerned State Government or its local body, whichever is higher and also not less than contribution of employer towards EPF, ESIC as applicable. IN CASE THE RATES QUOTED ARE LESS THAN THE PREVAILING APPLICABLE STUATORY/ MANDATORY RATES OF MINIMUM WAGES, CONTRIBUTIONS FOR EPF, ESIC & BONUS, THE BID WILL BE TREATED AS NON-BONAFIDE/INVALID, SHALL BE DISQUALIFIED AND SUCH BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ACCEPTANCE. IN SUCH CASE, THE LOWEST BIDDER SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM AMONGST THE VALID/BONAFIDE BIDS ONLY (b) The contractor shall make payments to their staff/ employees deployed on the outsorcing servies by cheque or through NEFT or any other accepted digital mode in their Bank Account. No payments will be made, unless proof of payment of wages through bank account is submitted by the contractor (c) Unit rate shall be deemed to be inclussive of applicable Taxes/Cess etc prevailing as on the bid submission end date. Refer Schedule A Ser Notes for deatils. Unit rate shall also be deemed to include cost/expanse for providing protecting cloths, working tools, conveyance, dresses and insurance protection against health hazard of operator deployed on work. (d) Contractor shall arrange at his own cost to maintain Log book, POL consumption register, attendance register, wages register, breakdown register etc as per instructions of Engineer -in- Charge. (e) Operation of DG sets/CHS/Installations by skilled tradesmen/operator of relevant trade. Periodical check of electric equipments/plants as per manufacturer's instructions, periodical maintenance check of all the connected HT/LT panels, Fire Fighting equipments etc shall be carried out by Operator and will be intimated to Engineer-in-Charge. (f) FOL Collection : Contractor shall make arrangement at his own cost for FOL collection as per requirement basis from MES store to work site (upto 7 Km).

Supply and topping up of Coolant DAFC 50% for DG Sets as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and topping up of Engine oil of grade 20W50 for DG Sets as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Fuel pipe of DG Set as per sample.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fan belt of DG Set as per sample.

Supply and fixing in replacement of coupling of centrifugal pump of capacity 5-20 HP as per sample.

Supply and fixing in replacement of breather valve with silica gel for transformer capacity 100-250 KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Temperature gauge of Transformer of capacity 100-250 KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Pressure gauge for pumping line as per sample.

Supply and fixing in replacement of copper lead of size 10 sqmm and 1.0 mtr long in Red and Black colour for DG Set as per sample.

Supply and fixing in replacement of copper battery terminal for DG Set as per sample

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium thimble for cable size 50 sqmm to 120 sqmm as per sample.

Deduction for amount of Rs. Nil as listed in Schedule A Part-II (Schedule of credit) shall be made while awarding of contract
