Supply of 1.1KV grade 4C 16 Sq.mm. armoured aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS - 7098 (Part - I) 1988 respectively with upto date amendments.

Supply of 1.1KV grade 3C X2.5 Sq.mm. PVC Insulated Flexible PVC Round sheathed copper conductor conforming to IS - 694 respectively with upto date amendments.

Supply of 120W LED Street Light Fitting (Efficacy min. 110 Lumens/watt) housed in pressure Die-Cast/Aluminium Alloy, IP66 protection. 4KV Surge protection and suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz AC supply complete as required.

Supply of Single Pole, 6 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/ 415 volts, 10 kA, “C” curve,miniature circuit breakers.

Replacement of Existing 2 Nos. 120 Watt LED street light fitting with new fittings on 9mtr. Height DOUBLE BRACKET street light pole including providing new 16 Sq.mm feed through connectors etc. Checking and replacement of MCB and trailing 3C 2.5 Sq.mm. cable, connection, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and Laying of 63 mm OD HDPE pipe PN4,PE63 ISI marked conforming to IS 4984, Part II and Laying direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective convering with all accessories, cutting, jointing etc. complete as required.

Supplying and Laying of 40mm OD HDPE pipe PN4,PE63 ISI marked conforming to IS 4984, Part II and Laying direct in ground (30 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective convering with all accessories, cutting, jointing etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1KV grade of size 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1KV grade of size upto 35 sq.mm. in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL /HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size upto 35 sq. mm. in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying and fixing of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.

Supply and Laying 50mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) complete with G.I. fittings at a depth of 300mmm for road crossing including bitumin cutting, earth cutting and finished with concrete (1:2:4) of 150mm thick etc. as required.

Supply ,Installtion, Testing And commisioning of out door MV Feeder Pillar Panel ,double door type completely made up of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, door dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed, cubicle type, floor mounting, free standing, including providing and fixing 200 A Four Pole Aluminium Bus bar with all accessories suitable for operation at 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, A.C. Power Supply System complete with all accessories, interconnection, connection, earthing, painting, grouting, Cable Entry provision, suitabele RCC fouundation etc. complete as required and comprising the following: a. 160A, 36 KA, 4P MCCB with Microprocessor based releases as incomer with R,Y,B,ON, OFF, Trip indication lamps, resin cast CT's with multifuction meter (Schheider EM 6459 or Equivalent)- 1 sets as incomer b. 32A, 25KA, 4P MCCB with TM based releases with ON, OFF, Trip indication lamps as outgoing - 4 Sets. As outgoing c) spare compartment for feature out goings (With out switch gear)-2 numbers d) with all necessary accessories etc. complete as required.

Providing and Fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire for loop earthing along with existing cable as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc.as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 meter long ,40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangemnt and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and Fixing Cable Route Marker with Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of size 50cmx60cm at the bottom and 50cmx50cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Providing and fixing following capacity MCCB inside the existing panel board (including dismantling the existing MCCB if required) including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. - 250 Amps,36 KA, 4P MCCB ,Micro processor based with rotary handle, spreader terminal and phase barriers etc. [Similar to L&T make: DN Series with MTX 1.0 or Its equivalent]

Repair/Modifiction of existing 9 mtr Octogonal pole junction box cover , inculding dismentling cover & making good in shape, re fixing with hinges, nut & bolt , making locking arrangemnt etc. as per site condition.
