RequiredBidder shall quote only for the make and material of the items mentioned in the schedule

RequiredBidder shall provide warranty for the material for a period of 24 months from the date of supply of materials

RequiredPayment terms: 100% payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of material at site in good condition

OptionalBidder should submit detailed technical specifications along with catalogue, if any

OptionalBidder shall provide necessary test certificates, if any, along with the supply of material

OptionalBids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection. The prices should be quoted only online.

OptionalResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
