Tenderers will examine the various provisions fo the central goods and services tax Act 2017(CGST)/integrated goods and services acts 2017/IGST)/ union territory goods and services act 2017(UGST)/respective states goods and services act (SGST) also as notified by Central/state govt and amended from time to time and applicable taxes before bidding. Tenderer will ensure that the full benefit of input tax credit(ITC) likely to be availed by them is duly considered while quoting rates
Deployment of qualified Engineers at work sites by the contractor .The contractor shall deploy qualifiedEngineer as prescribed by Ministry of railway (As per RB Letter No 2012/CE- 1/CT/O /20 dt 10.05.2013)
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
The tenderer is advised to read the scope of work and tender conditions and also visit the site of work before quoting the rates. No post tender correspondence will be entertained to enhance the rate on above account.
All the copies of annexure enclosed with the tender should be duly filled in by the tenderer and uploaded in the appropriate columns duly signed and stamped on each page.
Until a formal agreement is prepared and executed ,acceptance of this tender shall constitute a binding contract between us subject to modification, as may be mutually agreed to between us and indicated in the letter of acceptance of my/our offer for this work.
