Calibration of Meters 1) CALIBRATION : Following meters on main switch board to be calibrated and certificates to be provided 2) Double frequency meter 45 to 55hz.Qty - 05 Nos 3) Double volt meters 0 to 800volts ac.Qty - 05 Nos 4) Ammeters 0 to 3000amps ac.Qty - 05 Nos 5) Kilowatt meters 0 to 1200kw.Qty - 05 Nos 6) Following ammeters, voltmeters, pressure and temperature indicator in ECR console to be calibrated and certificates to be produced 7) Voltmeters.Qty - 05 Nos 8) Ammeters 0 to 3000amps AC.Qty - 05 Nos 9) Pressure indicators.Qty - 05 Nos 10) Temperature indicators.Qty - 04 Nos 11) E Shaft tachometer of main electrical propulsion motors on bridge and ECR.Qty - 02 Nos 12) The following electrical measuring instruments to be calibrated and certificates to be produced 13) Multimeter:make: motwane dm 3540.Qty - 01 No 14) Megger:make: meco 2853.Qty - 02 Nos 15) Tong tester:make: kyroitsu 2805.Qty - 01 No After Calibration of meters, vendor should submit Calibration reports of meters along with Calibration Certificate of necessary "Calibration kit / Equipment".

Main Switch Board & Emergency Switch Board 1) Main-switch-board & emcy switchboard are to be inspected, connections and components to be checked. Switch boards to be cleaned, Initial vaccum clean to be carried out. Insulation to be recorded in presents of SS / HSL. All internal and external parts to be wiped out and cleaned free from dust. Blow through with hot air, clean and insulation to be improved. Inspection / Calibration of MCCBs to be carried out. After completion of work final insulation to be shown to ship staff / HSL. At no load condition, if insulation is < 200MOhms, necessary job to be carried out for improving the insulations. 2) 660 V insulation meter showing less ohmic value during pm manoeuvring fault to be trace and rectify.Qty - 01 LS 3) Insulation meter for 390 v panel and 220 v panel working condition need to be checked.Qty - 02 LS 4) 230V & 390 V INSULATION METER NOT WORKING, SAME TO BE RECTIFIED IN MSB PANEL BOARD.Qty - 02 Nos All Spares / consumables required are under vendor scope. Satisfactory Trials to be shown to SS / HSL after completion of job.

AUDIBLE ALARMS IN PM ROOM NEED TO BE MADE OPERATIONAL. Note: Any Spares & consumables required are under vendor scope. Satisfactory Trials to be shown to SS / HSL after completion of job.

1) Provision lift for galley Not in operation. Same to be made operational. Note: Any Spares & consumables required are under vendor scope. Satisfactory Trials to be shown to SS / HSL after completion of job.

2) Wipers on bridge navigational glass to be renewed.Qty - 03 Nos Note: Any Spares & consumables required are under vendor scope. Satisfactory Trials to be shown to SS / HSL after completion of job.

3) Ship`s laundry machine to repaired.Qty - 01 No Note: Any Spares & consumables required are under vendor scope. Satisfactory Trials to be shown to SS / HSL after completion of job.

4) Testing board in Electrical workshop needs to be made operational.Qty - 01 No Note: Any Spares & consumables required are under vendor scope.

5) Maintenance is needed for UV sterilizers and lamps need to be changed. Whenever the sterilizer is started, it shows lamp failure indication. Defect to be rectified. Note: Any Spares & consumables required are under vendor scope. Satisfactory Trials to be shown to SS / HSL after completion of job.

6) BATTERY CHARGER FOR ALDIS LAMP 0-10 AMPS ,7- 28 VOLT MAKE: DENKI ENG CO. BOMBAY. Not working, to be repaired or new one to be supplied. Note: Any Spares & consumables required are under vendor scope. Satisfactory Trials to be shown to SS / HSL after completion of job.

7) Top cover/lid of the box for lifeboat batteries is damaged/ sagged. New cover to be made of Fiberglass of size around 1.8m x 0.8m. Note: Any Spares & consumables required are under vendor scope.

ECR steering gear ECR steering gear monitoring system not working, to be made operational. All the service / Spares and consumables in vendor scope. Satisfactory Trials to be shown to SS / HSL after completion of job.

PROPELLER SHAFT EARTHING (MAKE:TWIFLEX,TYPE:NR 663079) MADE IT OPERATIONAL. Note: Any Spares & consumables required are under vendor scope. Satisfactory Trials to be shown to SS / HSL after completion of job.

Domestic fridge compressor panel wire, components, terminals need to be renewed. Function test to be carried out to the satisfaction of ship staff. Spares/consumables required are under vendor scope.

175kW AC compressor panel complete wiring, components, terminals need to be renewed. Function test to be carried out to the satisfaction of ship staff. Spares/consumables required are under vendor scope. Vendor has to provide Wiring diagram after completion.
