Taking out old unserviceable LT cable of any size any type from trench/duct/ poles / roof/pipe etc and keeping aside for segregation of serviceability. Serviceable cable will be re-laid at same place or other place as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and connecting XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable multi stranded aluminum conductors, 1100V grade, of size 06 Sqmm 2core with proper size of lugs and laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe / fixed to poles etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

All as per serial item number 2.00 here-in-before but of size 16 Sqmm 4 core.

Re-laying of old serviceable cable of any size obtained from item above. Note:- Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for laying of under ground electric cable, pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Authorised width & depth shall only be excavated, measured and paid as specified in clause 3.2.3 of SSR part II and 19.74.1 of SSR part I for cable/pipe laying portion. (ii) Serviceable PCC /RCC cable cover obtained during excavation shall be stacked separately carefully without any extra cost to the Deptt.

Material and labour for river bed sand filling in trenches/ ducts 15 cm above cable and 8 cm under the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreading, leveling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed

Laying only serviceable un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 1, flat, of 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm obtained from trenches, abetting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED Post Top Lantern 40 Watt 230 V AC with die cast aluminium spigot, opal PC diffuser and clear acrylic, voltage range 140V-270V, IP 65 , 80 lm/watt efficiency in replacement for road lights med-height GI poles, including all arrangement for fixing spigot by suitable GI reducer, cutting welding etc and connecting to existing cable all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate for fixing GI reducer,nut bolts are inclusive in item rate.

Material and labour for shifting LT panel of any size/capacity from one place to another after taking elect shut-down, properly n safely disconnecting existing LT connections, unfastening bolts at panel bottom portion/demolishing PCC foundation upto base frame only. Reinstalling LT panel with GI base frame at new location, making PCC fondation upto 45 cm (15 cm below & 30 cm above ground level), connecting existing/new incoming/outgoing LT connections, checking all internal wiring and carryout minor repairs, replacing broken door hinges/ locking arrangement, testing/insuring that all 3 phase supply is in within limits complete all as directed. Note:- Contractor will make all necessary arangement of T&P for shifting LT panel, repair work to be carried out by skilled manpower, minor repair & spares cost are inclusive in item rate.

Material and labour for trimming of tree branches touching to over head lines, up to 1.5 mtr distance all around of ACSR conductors of span 30meter to 50 meter of HT/LT feeders and depositing cut branches away from site as directed and clearance of HT/LT pole and sub station premises all as directed Note:- (i) Trimming of all branches of trees falling under one span between two pole shall be considered as one span only. (ii) Contractor have to arrange all T&P, safety equipments manpower and vehicle for trimming at different locations. Contractor or his rep has to ensure power shut down of overhead lines before carrying out trimming. Contractor shall be responsible for any lapses/ mishappening occurred due to negligence of safety aspects.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt upto 1.5 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to Plant/equipment and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade and water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 and also including making test point for testing of earthing made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25 mm complete all as specified and directed . Note : On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance below 5 ohms is not achieved, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size any type complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and erect Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom, class 10 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
