Performance certificate should be provided by Assistant Executive Engineer based on his previous year records in the prescribed format. (Annexure C) NOTE: The above Performance certificate should be Counter Signed by the Executive Engineer.

The intending bidder/firm/Company should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), at least one similar work like- Supply Manpower for Canal Maintenance of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. Rs.13.08 Lakhs, during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. An additional weight age of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

Establishment Act, 1961 and Previous Year Labor Welfare Fund Paid receipt.Valid License Required under Karnataka Shops and Commercial.

The Agency shall have already registered their firm with ESI registration certificates and licenses up to date must be uploaded. The Agency shall upload the ESI remittance challans of previous three months (i.e Jan 2026 to Mar 2026).

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of the value usually equal to the Amount put to tender under this contract. i.e Rs.26.15 Lakhs. Audited profit and loss account balance sheet certified by the chartered accountant along with UDIN Number and IT returns filed for the previous years, all to be uploaded with compulsorily. An Additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to bring it to the 2026-27 price level.

The intending bidder / firm / company shall furnish details of liquid assets availability or credit facilities of not less than 30% to the cost put to tender (i.e.7.85 lakhs) for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines / letter of credit issued from any Nationalized Banks/Scheduled Bank, in the prescribed format as per FD circular Dt:22.08.2022, mentioned in the bid document, failing with which tender will be liable for rejection

Tender capacity-Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under-Assessed available tender capacity-(AxNx2.5-B) where A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. B-Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next.months Note-The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer-In-Charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer
