PROVISION OF CERTAIN SANCTIONED B/R AND E/M WORKS AT ICGS MUNDRA UNDER GE (I) (CG) GANDHINAGAR

M&L for precast concrete block masonry with solid block type C1 (1 : 5 : 8) ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete M-30 (20mm graded agg ) as in beams, cantileavers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 clear span etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to,fair finished surfaces of flat concrete, sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers,lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup-ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CRS bars 10mm dia and above round bar cut to length,bent to shape required incl cranking,bending,spiarly for hooping for columns,hoking ends and bending with and incl mild steel wire (enamelled) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CRS bars 5mm and above upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, cut to length bent to shape required, and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15m thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement on brick or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shyall be measured and paid separatly.

Supply only integral water proofing compound as per IS-2645 all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic Emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (PCC) 25 mm thick 1:2:4 Type B-0(using 12.5mm grade stone aggregate) as in sub-base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
