M&L for making RCC pillar 600X400mm of height 1.50mtr to 2.0mtr (0.50m to 0.80m depth below GL) and base of size 700x500x200mm with top flange for arresting water supply pipe lines complete all as specified and directed.

Following nomenclature are add on this above :- (a) Excavation below existing strata as required depth in soft / loose soil / SDR by mechanical means (b) 100mm PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate below pedestal of size 700mmx500mm. (c ) RCC nominal mix 1:1.5:3 (20mm graded aggregate) in pillar and base. (d) 12mm dia vertical bar 10 Nos for pillar and 12mm dia bar at 200mm C/C bothway in base of pillar. (e) 8mm dia bar for stirrups 125mmc/c for pillar/coloumn. (f) Plywood / Steel form work for pillar and square base. (g) Site clearance 3m in all around the pillar/post (h) Dewatering if required. (j) MS flat iron 50mm wide and 6mm thick approx 1m length for each pillar with required nuts and bolts.

Disconnecting the water mains from the suction and delivery pipe line of serviceable centrifugal pump sets/open well pump set of any description and in any position, any capacity and taking out pump set / motor from the base frame including disconnecting all electric connections and foundation, nuts and bolts. and reassembling the pump and motor of capacity from 5 HP upto 20 HP capacity, ensuring proper alignment of pump and motor, fixing in position, connecting to existing system and electric connection and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the water mains from the suction and delivery pipe line of serviceable centrifugal pump sets/open well pump set of any description and in any position, any capacity and taking out pump set / motor from the base frame including disconnecting all electric connections and foundation, nuts and bolts. and reassembling the pump and motor of capacity from 25 HP upto 50 HP capacity, ensuring proper alignment of pump and motor, fixing in position, connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the water mains from the suction and delivery pipe line of serviceable centrifugal pump sets/open well pump set of any description and in any position, any capacity and taking out pump set / motor from the base frame including disconnecting all electric connections and foundation, nuts and bolts. and reassembling the pump and motor of capacity from 75 HP upto 120 HP capacity, ensuring proper alignment of pump and motor, fixing in position, connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of existing MS iron frame and PCC foundation of Pump set from capacity 5 HP and upto 20 HP,removing all grouted nuts,bolts etc and removing the dismanatal PCC dabries and deposited at specified location complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of existing MS iron frame and PCC foundation of Pump set from capacity 25 HP and upto 50 HP,removing all grouted nuts,bolts etc and removing the dismanatal PCC dabries and deposited at specified location complete all as specified and directed.
