Technical specification for Routines on Stern Thruster are enclosed in Annexure - A DL No.30011 To 30211.12: Stern Thruster Works: As per attached SoW Annexure-A, complete overhauling of stern thruster system includes the following jobs to be carried out and the system to be proved for satisfactory operation along with necessary HATs and SATs to Naval trials team.

Carry out complete overhaul of hydraulic motor and starters subject to QC checks. Carry out load trials for four hours. 10KW Motor, I/P-415V 50Hz 3Phase

Carry out complete overhaul of Drive motor and starters subject to QC checks. Carry out load trials for rated maximum RPM. 230KW DC Motor

Overhauling of Electric Motor( rewinding, varnishing, renewing terminal plates & cooling fan) and Refitment with proper alignment with the coupling shaft. Replace bearing. 10 KW Hydraulic Motor.

Carryout complete overhauling including rewinding, varnishing, replacement of 02 Nos. Bearings and Commutators of DC motor (230 kw) and starter. Carry out trials for 04 hours. 230KW DC Motor

After refitment, system should be switched on and to be proved at sea. all cut outs and Interlocks should be checked

Check Of Parameter Of Motor (voltage current rpm ratio and prove as per specification value

overhauling the ventilation motor and replace micro switches of inlet (02 Nos.) and outlet flaps (06 Nos.) of ventilation Ventillation Motor.(Ventilation motor (230 KW)

Repair/Overhaul of MCR indication panel of Stern Thruster and proving the interlocks with Main Engine and Gear box with Stern Thruster

Renew control and instrumentation panel cable at Specific locations, including removing old cable and laying new cable through three deck glands and ten bulkhead glands, securing the cable to the channel tray Multi core data cable

Calibration certificate accredited by NABL laboratory to be provided
