REPAIRS/MAINT OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FAN, WALL FANS AND OTHER MISC WORKS IN CERTAIN BLDGS AT AF STN SURYALANKA

M&L for attending complaints of fan any type/sweep, taking down unserviceable ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any make, by disconnecting the electrical connections, dismantling the fan complete and the fan shall be refixed after necessary repairs like rewinding, replacement, bush, bearing, capacitor, connecting wire, rubber shackle all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The parts replaced will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items as supplied only.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan any type/sweep by removing defective winding and rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge and weight as per existing including insulating materials and varnishing, reassembling, testing complete including replacement of flexible copper wire from ceiling rose to ceiling fan, replacement of bearing shaft, capacitor clamp complete all as directed and specified.

All as per Item No. 02 above but exhaust fan of size 300/ 380mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 02 above but exhaust fan of size 400/ 450mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 02 above but wall mounted fan of any Sweep includes repair of base, proper fixing of fan on wall with necessary arrangements , swing of fan etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Serial Item No. 01 to 05 (a) Replacement of spare parts found unserviceable/ defective will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ as supply only. (b) The rate for fixing serviceable items and new replaced items are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by tenderer for above item. (c) All retrieved unserviceable item obtained from dismantling shall be given to the contractor under relevant item of 'Schedule of Credit'.

Supply only rubber bush for shackle with clamp, bolt, nut, washers and lock pin suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/ 1400mm sweep.

Supply only Ball bearing of size No. 6201/6202/ 6203 suitable for ceiling fan / exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- SKF/ NBC/NTN/ ZKL/ Koyo/ Tata/ RHP

S&F in replacement condenser of oil filled (capacitor) 3.15/ 2.5 MFD, 220 Volts, AC, 50 Hz as per IS : 1709 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Tibcon/Ducati/ Keltron/ Crompton / Bajaj / Concap

S&F in repair exhuast fan blade for 240/300/380 mm sweep including removing the old UNSV blade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting ceiling fan complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying as per existing colour after cleaning all dust complete all as specified and as directed.
