General Upkeep Long Text: General Upkeep: providing services of regular jungle clearance throughout the plant are including uprooting/ trimming/ picking/ segregating/ levelling/ surface dressing of unwanted vegetation, weeds, grass at surface/ operation of grass cutting machines (5nos)/ ground level with all the necessary tools and tackles and disposal of the same outside the periphery/ specified location within the plant premises as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Refer SCC (Part-B) for the details of the work and actual calculation of the quantity. Bidder need not quote for this item.

Services of supervision Long Text: Services of supervision: Providing services of supervision daily basis for semi skilled supervision of above mentioned woks. Bidderneed not quote for this item.

ADD PF Long Text: Add applicable PF rate on activity line no. 10 and 20. Bidder need not quote for this item.

Adjustment of rev of wages Long Text: Provision for adjustment / revision of minimum wages within the contract period as & when notified by Statutory Authority. Bidder need not quote for this item.

Bonus, annual leave with wages etc Long Text: Provision for Bonus, annual leave with wages, non statutory allowance, ESIC, Uniform (2 sets), shoe, annual health check up etc. Payment shall be made as per actual on submission of adequate documents/submission of proof of purchase and distribution as per terms & conditions of contract. The party need not quote for this item

Facility Management Long Text: Facility Management: Facility Management charges including service charges on activity line no. 10, 20 & 40. The charges include providing/supplying and running 5 nos. of petrol grass cutting machines with supply of fuel and mobile/ engine oil daily during the total working hours throughout the contract period. Refer SCC (Part-B) for the details of the work and penalties

Service of disposal of grass/vegetation Long Text: Service of disposal of grass/vegetation/rubbishes etc from time to time by tractor mounted trolley (capacity not less than 2.5 cum & latest model) including supplying labour for loading and uploading, necessary operators and fuel etc. for tractor trolley to any place within or outside of BCPL plant as directed by EIC. (all arrangement of Tractor & other consumable etc with Driver and labour shall be made by contractor. Contractor to ensure 8 hrs working per day)

Service of antiweed Long Text: Service of antiweed with supplying & spraying of weedicides / herbicide like roundup/2-4-D as direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Service of running petrol grass Long Text: Service of running petrol grass petrol grass cutter machine provide by BCPL for 8 hrs per day by providing fuel and mobil/ engine oil per machine as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Please refer SCC (Part-B) for details

Service of ploughing Long Text: Service of ploughing (for cutting unwanted grass) by providing tractor with disc plough or other jungle cutting equipment like jungle jym (one trip) as and where required (operator and fuel including)
