Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 05 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated/ compacted thickness using Hot Mix plant and mechanical paver with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix (Design Mix), by using (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller to required camber and gredient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads spread and laid intermixed with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair to potholes of any depth, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes not exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area not exceeding 400 Sqm and exceeding 50 mm deep but not exceeding 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer over unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces (using paving bitumen having grade of VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous, macadam (consolidated thickness not exceeding 50 mm) using hot mix plant & mechanical paver with @ 4% binder (paving grade bitumen any penetration) (VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model No DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions. Complete all as specified and as directed. Make : 3M, Dark Eye and ALCO Lite.

Supply and fixing in repairs of solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 60 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of six super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and as directed. Make : Dark Eye, 3M and ALCO Lite.

Supply and fixing in repairs of metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/ 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Dark Eye, 3M and ALCO Lite.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letter, symbols, borders will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to mild steel frame of angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 Number. 50 mm x 50 mm square post made of mild steel angle 50 mm x 50 mm x 4 mm and 4 metre long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Material and labour for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base and all other similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of concrete and concrete based materials of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and material and labour for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on concrete surfaces over one coat of priming paint plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old/ unserviceable/ damaged road furniture items like cat eye, solar cat eye and delineator of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old/ unserviceable/ damaged sign boards of any description inclusive of mild steel post complete all as specified and as directed.
