Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and M&L vitrified ,coloured and printed tiles of size 600 mmx600 mm x 9 to 10 mm thick as in flooring over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:4 ) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles, with all possible design combination as specified by Engr-In-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description and in any position including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and M&L vitrified ,coloured and printed tiles of width as directed and 9 to 10 mm thick as in skirting fixed over and including 10 mm thick cement backing coat in (1:4 ) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles with all possible design combination as specified by Engr-In-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. Complete all as specified and directed

M & L for sunken portion treatment of toilet/bathrooms (area not exceeding 1.50 sqm and depth not exc. 0.60mtr) cutting of existing tiles,demolition and removal of Concrete material, taking out of old floor trap/nahani trap and then cleaning ,drying of internal surface, application of water proofing membrane 3mm thick after plaster and prime coat, Provision of waste pipe by drilling hole and provided 25mm PVC pipe. replace new floor trap/nahani trap of 100mm size with grating, connect trap with outer SWR pipe by proper jointing /sealing with approved material and filling PCC(1:2:4) in gap and making good sunken floor after all connections with PCC and tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of any description and in any position , of capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres and S & F Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of any description and in any position , of capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres and S & F Rotational moulded poly-ethylene multilayer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity, white in colour hoisted and fixed in position with and including all fittings and fixtures in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Ball brass valves , high pressure , with polythene float and fly nut complete & high-density plastic ball , suitable for 20 mm bore pipe, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, 75 mm thick, finishing the surface even and smooth w/o using extra cement including forming & filling expansion joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames n.exc 1.5 sqm with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.
