Rapid Gravity Sand Filter WTP(Turnkey with SCADA) Survey, soil investigation, detailed engineering, design, drawing, construction, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 10.00 MLD capacity Rapid Sand Gravity Filter based Water Treatment Plant on turnkey basis, complete in all respects, including all civil works (structures, buildings, internal roads/ drains, boundary wall, cable trenches, pipe supports etc.), mechanical works (all process units, pumps, blowers, rapid gravity filters with media and underdrain, backwash system, valves, flow meters and interconnecting piping), electrical works (HT/LT intake, transformers, PCC/MCC panels, cabling, earthing, lighting, lightning protection and statutory clearances), complete instrumentation and SCADA/automation (field instruments, PLC/RTU panels, networking, SCADA server/workstations with licensed software, HMIs, historian, reporting, remote monitoring/control and cyber security features, with handing over of all licenses and passwords), and complete chemical handling and dosing systems, including all temporary works, safety measures and statutory compliances, as per latest CPHEEO “Manual on Water Supply and Treatment Systems (Drink from Tap)”, relevant BIS/IEC standards and good engineering practice, complete for making the WTP fully functional as directed by Engineer in Charge. The item shall also include: obtaining third party vetting of process, hydraulic and structural designs from IIT incorporating comments; three months continuous trial run and O&M of the plant with deployment of trained staff, supply of chemicals, lubricants and consumables, maintaining treated water quality as per BIS IS 10500:2012 (second revision) or latest at plant outlet; rectification/replacement of defective work/equipment during trial run and defect liability period; supply of one year’s recommended commissioning spares and special tools & tackles; and preparation and submission of as built drawings, O&M manuals and preventive maintenance schedules, complete in all respects, with quoted rate inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies, freight, insurance, royalties, labour cess, testing charges and third party vetting charges. as per design & drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (as per attached Annexure-1)

Protection Work for WTP And MBR Campus

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types ofsoils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material asper direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Boulder apron laid in wire crates (Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each.)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 or more.

Cement plum Masonry with 40% plum & 60% 1:3:6 cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction
