Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a video and talk back system for two lifts and a security point at the Bhavani Building entrance. The system includes three 7-inch monitors with a screen resolution of 1024 x 600, inbuilt storage for images and videos (minimum 8GB), and expandable up to 32GB. The system comprises four IP Door Stations and four Indoor Monitors featuring auto IR illumination, D/NCard/app remote/indoor monitor unlock, support for two-way voice calls, calls between door stations and app, support for 10,000 cards, tamper alarm, standard PoE power supply, and control for two locks. The work includes the supply and installation of 5 PORT GIGA POE SWITCH, CAT6 UTP cables supporting Gigabit Ethernet (1000 Base-T) standard, operating at a bandwidth up to 250 MHz (brands: Dlink, Commscope, Panduit), and special flat type lift cables for cabling inside the lift. This also includes all necessary cable work, laying, termination, programming, and commissioning to achieve the desired output between the calling point and monitor. The system also includes four doorbells to ensure visual communication. The cabling must be routed through the perimeter of the walls to avoid any aesthetic issues. The cost should be quoted after conducting a detailed site survey at the building. Installation and programming of the video door system, and complete testing and commissioning are included. Wall Panelling above existing Granite Cladding: For the wall cladding extending above 2.1 meters from the floor level, the specifications for the AHPL material will remain consistent with those outlined for the lower sections, up to a height of 2.1 meters. This includes the use of AHPL Single Side Wooden Colored LUVERS panels with a thickness of 4mm and a PVDF coating, as determined by the TECHNOPARK. To accommodate the increased level difference above 2.1 meters, the thickness of the aluminum frame structure has to be adjusted to make the panel flush with the lower section and for stability. The frames should have a minimum of 25mm x 75mm size box sections, or more to the specific site conditions,to ensure AHPL cladding remains flush and aligned across the varying levels. This change in frame size is necessary to maintain a uniform appearance and structural integrity of the cladding as it extends upwards. All the necessary support structures required for making the wall panels in the same vertical level till the ceiling have to be included in the quoted rate. Make ALU BOND, ALUCO BOND, ALEX, ALDEKO.
Supply, Fabrication, and Installation of a suspended gypsum board ceiling in the lift lobby. The work involves installation of Gypsteel perimeter channels with a minimum thickness of 0.55mm, each featuring flanges of 20mm and 30mm on either side, and a web of 27mm. These perimeter channels must be securely fixed to the structure using nylon sleeves and screws, spaced at 610mm intervals. Following this, suspend Gypsteel intermediate channels from the soffit; these channels should be 45mm wide and 0.9mm thick, each with two 15mm flanges, and positioned at 1220mm intervals. Attach these using Gypsteel ceiling angles measuring 25mm wide, 10mm high, and 0.55mm thick, which need to be secured to the soffit with GI cleats and steel expansion fasteners provided by Saint Gobain Gyproc. Next, install additional Gypsteel channels of 0.55mm thickness, featuring a knurled web of 51.5mm and flanges of 26mm with 10.5mm lips, perpendicular to the intermediate channels at 457.5mm intervals using connecting clips. Complete the installation by attaching a single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard Plain, conforming to IS 2095 part 1 1996, to the ceiling section using 25mm drywall screws spaced at 230mm intervals, with screwing performed mechanically either with a screwdriver or a drilling machine equipped with a suitable attachment. Supply, installation testing, and lighting of indirect lighting in a gypsum ceiling using LED 240 strip lights, which feature 240 LEDs per meter, to achieve a uniform and ambient lighting effect. The installation will involve setting up LED strip lights along the perimeter of the ceiling to create indirect lighting that enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space. All necessary wiring will be conducted using approved wire types that ensure safety and efficiency. Each section of the LED strip will be powered by 24 Amp drives, which are to be included in the setup to provide sufficient and stable power distribution across the lighting system. The design and installation must ensure that the LED lights and associated electrical components are integrated with the ceiling architecture, maintaining both functionality and design integrity. Supply and installation of decorative round LED lights as specified in the drawings of the tender document, bidders must include complete details and pricing for the LED fittings, which have a diameter of 1200 mm. Each LED light should come with its required hanging mechanisms, such as ropes or cables, and these should be factored into the quoted price. Additionally, all necessary electrical wiring, drives, and connectivity circuitry essential for the operation of both the LED and any strip lights involved in the project must be ensured. Supply and Installation of back surface panel of the lift. The main structure involves fixing 18mm BWP plywood fully onto the back side of the lift. This plywood must serve as a stable support for a 49/50" LED screen, with careful measurements to maintain a gap that allows the TV screen's outer surface to be flush with the wall finishing.The necessary framed support has to be provided to cover the gap from the surface panelling so as to maintain flush-alignment with TV surface and wall finish. In addition to the TV unit, the back wall must also incorporate a 6mm WPC HD board topped with a 3mm HPL marble finish above BWP plywood. This should be securely attached using L-clamps at the top end and the required screws to fix the WPC HD board HD boards, which will also feature a finish of 3mm HPL PVC marble to maintain aesthetic consistency. Furthermore, proper provision must be made for HDMI cables to accommodate connectivity for the 50"/49" display screen. The area above the safety bar should include a 3mm HPL PVC marble finish with a specific space designated for the Technopark logo, as detailed in the drawing referenced in the tender documents. The support mechanism for the TV, must include an extendable arm attached to the plywood. This arm should allow the TV to be pulled forward from the flush surface, facilitating easy access for inserting pen drives and other accessories without the need to remove the TV entirely from the wall. Supply installation finishing and lighting of a framed structure of lift side panel with a sandwich frame (1mm Acrylic + 3mm CNC cut Golden finish ACP +8mm toughened glass) in center and 3 mm AHPL marble finish to surround the sandwich frame . The center portion will host sophisticated sandwich panel design consisting of multiple layers: a 1mm white acrylic sheet on the backside, a 3mm CNC-cut ACP with a golden finish in the middle, and an 8mm layer of toughened glass on the outer surface. The entire panel is designed to be backlit, with lighting installed behind the white acrylic to illuminate the CNC-cut design, enhancing its visual impact. Installation of these panels will be carried out using a prefabricated aluminum framework, as mentioned in the drawing. This framework should be made from 38mm x 25mm rectangular tube or box sections, weighing between 1000-1200 grams per 12 feet. The framework will be fixed inside the lift car, utilizing necessary hardware and L-angle brackets placed at one corner to ensure stability and alignment. All joints within this structure must be accurately sealed with clear silicone from Saint-Gobain or equivalent to ensure durability and a clean, seamless appearance. The remaining areas of the side walls has to be finished with 3mm HPL Marble sheets over 6mm WPC HD board. It is crucial to organizethe backlighting behind the CNC-cut ACP effectively to achieve a uniform and bright illumination inside the middle frame through the intricate cuts of the ACP, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the lift's interior design.The profile lights must be grooved around the peremeter of the sandwich frame by making grooves around the sandwich structure.Make: ALU BOND/ALU DECKER
Supply, Installation, Testing, and lighting behind the sandwich structure (side walls) and perimeter of lift ceiling, involving LED strip lights with 240 LEDs per meter. These LED strips have to maintain the intended design impact, especially in highlighting the details of the CNC-cut designs in the side panels.Each strip light installation must be powered by a 24 Amp drive, tailored to meet the specific requirements of the lighting arrangement. The number and placement of these drives should be calculated based on the total length of LED strips used and their power needs, ensuring that all sections of the lighting are consistently bright and functionally reliable.The installation process should also include thorough testing of the LED strips and drives to confirm that all components function as intended and that the lighting effect meets the design specifications. Supply, installation, testing, and lighting of profile lights along the perimeter of the sandwich frame. The lighting installation must be grooved to perfection and integrated with the components of the sandwich structure, which includes 8mm toughened glass, CNC cut golden finish ACP, and a 6mm WPC HD board structure. The profile lights must not project beyond the surface and should be flush with it. These 20 mm profile lights will be covered with a 20mm PVC cover, conforming to IS standards, to protect the LED strips and enhance the aesthetic appearance. Each installation will require a 24 Amp drive according to the specific needs of the project. The system will also include two running strip chasers to enhance the dynamic lighting effect.
