Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Dismantling of Bricks (laid flat or on edges) or brick tile in floors, channel, kerbs, drains, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. including necessary excavation, grass cutting, cleaning of running or dry drain filled with of any type of blockage etc.complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L brick work sub class B, class designation 75 old size bricks, laid flat in floors, walls or of similar types, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.2.00 here-in-before but except bricks including cleaning, de-mortaring of bricks as retreived under respective items of the schedule complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L brick work sub class B, class designation 75 old size bricks, laid on edge in floors bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.4.00 here-in-before but except bricks including cleaning, de-mortaring of bricks as retreived under respective items of the schedule complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels & drains complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel any girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc.complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantalling of Brick work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing, and pre-cast concrete articles complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L brick work sub class B, class designation 75 old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) of any section and size including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embeded in cement concrete, brick work, masonary complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 Cum getting out ,returning, filling and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr in soft/loose soil complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type E-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in foundations filling and mass concrete as in surroundings of fencing post etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq.cm but n exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel deformed TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete in all respect as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 18.00 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, quality conforming to Fe-410 complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in joist, angle, channel, beam, flat sections fixed independently without connecting plates etc of grade Fe-410W (GdeE-250) quality A complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia(Fe-410-W or (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type if standard rail s straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh including tie rods, flat iron etc any type, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F for chain link fencing MS galvanized 3.14mm dia 100mmX 100mm mesh fixed to RCC post including securing or tying with GI MS wire staples, ms section, bars etc. . complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and haxagonal or square exe 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel works in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing (Fe 290 (Gde E-165) ) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate in coping, hold fasts or of similar items including necessary cutting, form work etc.cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate laid in floor, path etc. or of similar type finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) typeC-2 using 40 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate laid in alternative bays finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or below paver blocks incl. watering and consolidation complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paints complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 36.00 above but n exc 10 cm width or girth complete in all respect as specified and directed.

All as per item No 35.00 above but n exc 10 cm width or girth of old surface complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connection new drain making goods to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finish and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia bore pipe complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of septic tank by blocking temporarily the inlet with approprite wooden plugs and bailing/pumping out water in liquid/semi liquid state from septic tank/soak pit and scraping out sludge, organic matter /inorganic matter, soft/semi solid material and removing to outside of MoD land in sealed tank container mounted over trolley/transport vehicle, self driven electrical/mechanical pump and filling into shallow pits at their own arrangement with municipal/civil authorities and removal of wooden plugs and channeling the water back into soakage/septic tank on the same day complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note:- Measurement will be carried out in cubic meter capacity of sealed/closed container under which all sludge/water will be measured as capacity of tank and nothing extra will be paid on this account.

Material and labour for opening of blokage from Manholes Grease trap, Nahani trap, WC, Floor trap, etc including washing/cleaning upto 1st manhole complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note:-Opening of blockage up to 7 days interval in one pit in the same place is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and after 7 days of cleaning if bolcked in the same pit shall be measured separately)

Cleaning of sewage line of any diameter by roding of any dia and of any description including manholes by machines or other means of mechanical tools to clear the sludge/ blockage inside the sewage line of any size and specifications. The manholes will be flushed with water to drain out sludge etc. inside the sewage line from manholes to ease the flow of sewage including removing the sludge and re-fixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Minimum two safaiwala with tools and plant will be provide by the contractor per day irrespective of one complaint and complaint will be attended and completed within same day. Opening of blockage up to 7 days interval in one pit in the same place is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and after 7 days of cleaning if bolcked in the same pit shall be measured separately

Providing pre cast man hole cover, coping etc in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate or similar type of items complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply only bleaching powdercomplete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment 25cm x 25cm x 20-25mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Preparaing old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply two coats of white wash including scrapping down of old white wash completely complete in all respect as specified and directed.
