Expenditure regarding function related to conduct of ceremonial event of catering services for lunch for media personnel on 21 Feb 22 at Annapoorna Industrial Canteen (49 Bldg) inside Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam during President’s Fleet Review (PFR) 22. (as per SOW placed at Encl-1 to Part II of RFP) Details of services required are as follows:- (i) Lunch for 250 media personnel as per approved menu on 21 Feb 22 at Annapoorna Canteen (49 Bldg) inside Naval Dockyard, Visakhapatnam. (ii) Provision of High quality Crockery (bone China material), steel cutlery, serving bowls, serving spoons, food tallies, cloth napkins, food warmers to be spread on three serving counters to cater for 250 personnel. (iii) Four serving counters with table cloth and frill. (iv) Branded and sealed 500 nos distilled water bottles of 200 ml capacity. (v) Entire kitchen setup to prepare food as per approved menu. (vi) 30 nos Stewards and sufficient number of qualified cooks in proper, clean uniform to enable preparation and serving of food. (vii) Separate counter for sweet and used plates

Provision of following items/ services:- (i) Six seater Rectangular/ Round wooden dining tables to cater for 250 personnel

(ii) White cloth cover for dining tables with blue/ red color frill around the tables.

(iii) Chairs with cushion with white/ blue/ maroon color cloth wrapped around the back rest.

(iv) Plastic dustbins with marking “USE ME.”

(v) Transportation of men & material to the venue and back.
