RequiredShould have provided Consultancy services in preparing the DPRs in drinking water supply projects for at least One Assignments in last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 in any State Government or Central Government departments or PSUs in preparing Detailed Project Reports for rural or urban water supply of minimum total project value not less than 1.25 Lakhs

RequiredThe firm must have minimum experience of previous 5 years 2021-22 to 2025-26 in providing engineering consultancy services in preparing DSR/DPRs for drinking water supply projects i.e Structural design of Jack well, Pump House, Approach bridge, and foundations by any State / Central Government departments or PSUs.

RequiredThe firm should have minimum annual financial turnover of 5 Lakhs in any 2 years in last 5 years 2021 22 to 2025 26 or as projected year on year. If 2021-22 audit financial statement is not available then bidder shall submit financial turnover certificate from 2021-22 to 2025-26

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall quote the financial bid as percentage of the value of works / DPR estimate cost as consultancy charges (GST is Exempted for consultancy service as per the Sl No. 3 of Notification No. 12/2017- Central tax (rate) Dated:28.06.2017)

Payment shall be made in full only upon the submission and approval of the Detailed Project report DPR. No partial payments will be issued. It is the sole responsibility of the consulting agency to secure DPR approval from the Head Office.

The consultant shall mandatorily visit the site before finalizing designs
