Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer,

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Providing one coat of Antifungal coating - tec touch /Cera re-played/Sika Multi guard or Sika gard 67/NACC acrylic/Dr. FIXIT DAMPGAURD - protective and decorative coating system as per manufacturer's recommendations/ standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.The scope of work includes surface preparation including cleaning the wall surfaces to be free of previous coatings, dust, loose particles, algae growth and atmospheric deposits, filling small blow holes if any with putty. Rate quoted includes cost of all materials, labour charges, conveyance, tools and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing Polyethelene-Aluminium- Polyethelene PE-ALPE Composite Pressure Pipes conforming to IS - 15450, U.V. stabilized with carbon black having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, capable to withstand temperature up to 80°C, including all special fittings of composite material (engineering plastic blend and brass inserts wherever required) e.g. elbows, tees, reducers, couplers & connectors etc., with trenching, refilling and testing of joints complete as per direction of the engineer in charge. External work

2025 (25 mm OD ) pipe

Attending to leak at roof slab and wall joint, all as per instructions of Engineer- in-charge. Rate includes dismantling the weathering course tiles, brick jelly lime concrete etc. for a width of minimum 100 mm at wall and slab joint for required depth so as to reach the top surface of roof slab, finishing with cement concrete in the proportion of one part of cement and three parts of 6 mm stone chips in the dismantled portion with bitumen compound filler at joint and top, finished with tiles at 1 : 1 slope along with walls including hacking walls, replacing the damaged tiles, pointing with CM 1:3 etc. complete.

Attending crack filling at parapet level with pressure grouting: The scope of work includes routing out the cracks with a mechanically operated groove cutter and sealing the groove with flexible sealant - CERA CRACK FILLER/TEC KRACK FILLER/Sika CRACK SEAL/NACC CRACK FILLER/Dr. FIXIT CRACK-X PASTE and allowing the sealant to set overnight, driving grouting nozzles at intervals of 1M and grouting neat cement slurry admixed with expansive grouting additive CERA EXPAN 250/TEC SWELL/Sika INTRA PLAST/NACC EXPAN/Dr. FIXIT PIDICRETE AM 250 and providing two coats of CERAFLEX/TEC WAVE 3000/Sika RAINGARD/NACC HIGH FLEX /Dr. FIXIT NEW COAT roof coating single component flexible membrane for a width of 15cms aligned to the centre of the crack. All as per manufacturers recommendations / standard specifications and instructions of Engineer-incharge.
