Construction of Path of 2.00 mtrs. Span and RCC Slab culvert at Village Sakoh Ward No. 9 in Tehsil Dharamshala, Distt. Kangra H.P. Deposit Work

Cutting in earth work for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/ mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out rock (where blasting is required ) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels shown drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete in conformity with the requirements of MORD Technical Specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 1.35 cubic metres quantity at the rate of Rs. 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metres shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 (fifty) metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate) or richer mix including equivalent design mix, as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering, as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and Laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 nominal mix 1:4:8 (One cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded/crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty milimetres) nominal size) for all type of structure like retaining wall / Breast wall etcetra including cost of form work and curing complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, as per table 401 spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 400 for grading-I Material and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Stone filling in plinth with approved quality under floor including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Cement concrete for M -20 ( twenty) desing mix as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 1:2:4 (One cement isto Two sand isto Four graded/crushed stone aggregate) 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size in road work including carriage of material within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
