Taking down the following existing worn out spares of window type Air Conditioner of 1.5/ 2.0 Ton capacity and S&F in replacement new spares of existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed:-

Blower moter.

Blower capacitor 4/2.5 MFD.

Fan blade.

Air filter PVC.

Thermostat switch with knob.

Front grill of PVC.

Taking down the following existing worn out spares of split type Air Conditioners of 1.5/ 2.0 Ton capacity and S&F in replacement new spares of existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed:-

Blower motor indoor type.

Blower motor outdoor type.

Fan blade.

Starting/running capacitor of 50 & 60 MFD.

Air filter for Indoor unit.

Display for Indoor unit.

Remote control (Hand set only) with battery.

LDPE drain water pipe line 15 mm dia all as directed .

PCB Timer electronic switch with sensor suitable for existing make & model of split 1.5/ 2.0 Ton AC complete with hand set complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Voltas/Carrier/LG/LLOYD/Blue Star/VIDEOCON/Hitachi/Panasonic

M&L for opening the indoor unit front panel of wall mounted split type 1.5/ 2.0 Ton AC for cleaning and chemical wash the existing LDPE pipe for any block by blowing the pipe with air and cleaning the bottom water line of indoor unit for arresting leakage of water complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement rotary / invt type compressor of split type AC 1.5Ton capacity in position, charging of refrigerant gas of required quantity, brazing of discharge and suction line and leak testing complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Item No. 04 above but for split type AC of 2.0 Ton capacity.

M&L for top up/ Gas charging with refrigerant gas (R-22) for Air Conditioner window/ split / packaged/ chiller type of capacity 1.5/ 2.0/ 5.5 / 11.0/16.5/17/36 Ton after vacuuming and leak testing including brazing suction/ discharge line and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cotractor shall bring the filled up cylinder and empty cylinder in office to show the weight of brought gas to the rep of MES and proper register to be maintained for the record purpose.

S&F in replacement of copper tubing (of dia 1/4" to 1/2" ) suction and liquid line from indoor to out door unit by compressing Ref Gas suitable for split AC of capacity 1.5 TR/ 2.0 TR including insulation on copper tubing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each RM included Complete set of suction and discharge line.

Supply and fix in repairs voltage stabilizer of capacity 5 KVA, 230 Volts, AC, 50 Hz with range 160 Volts to 250 Volts with variation 2.5%+- complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing split type AC of 1.5/ 2.0 Ton capacity, from one location and re- fixing the same in another location as directed, including replacement of 3 core copper cable require for connecting IDU & ODU, additional copper tube if required, cleaning the IDU and ODU for smooth functioning etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the window type AC of 1.5/ 2.0 Ton capacity, from one location and shifting to new location for re- fixing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement industrial plug and socket with single pole and neutral enclosures with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 16 Amp/ 20 Amps capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of PCB of indoor electronic switch suitable for 1.5 / 2 TR split AC Inverter Type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for top up/ gas charging with refrigerant R-134 A of required quantity for water cooler/ water dispenser/ refrigerator/ deep freezer of any make including leak testing, necessary brazing of suction and discharge line and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cotractor shall bring the filled up cylinder and empty cylinder in office to show the weight of brought gas to the rep of MES and proper register to be maintained for the record purpose.

M&L for servicing/ cleaning of complete indoor/ outdoor window type and split type air conditioner units of following size and capacity by means of adding, cleaning solution (HCL) or equivalent solution with water. The cleaning of the condenser and chiller units is done with use of nylon brushers till the scaling is removed complete all as specified and as directed:-

1.5 TR capacity.

2.0 TR Capacity.

40/ 80 Liters.

80/120 Liters.

M&L for top up/ Gas charging with refrigerant gas (R-410/R-32) for Air Conditioner window/ split type of capacity 1.5/ 2.0/ Ton after vacuuming and leak testing including brazing suction/ discharge line and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cotractor will bring the filled up cylinder and empty cylinder in office to show the weight of brought gas to the rep of mes and proper register to be maintained for the record purpose.

S & F in replacement of heating coil of 2KW capacity suitable for 4 KW capacity humidifier complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of heating coil of 3 KW capacity suitable for 09 KW capacity humidifier as per existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of PCB of outdoor electronic switch suitable for 1.5 / 2 TR split AC Inverter Type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair new compressor sealed units as per existing make and model, including brazing/ welding of suction and discharge line, Including first filling gas, cleaning or descaling of liquid line air dryer and leak testing complete, 5.5 Ton capacity suitable for 5.5/ (5.5X2)11/ (5.5x3)16.5 TR package AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair condenser motor of outdoor unit of any make and model as existing in position for unit dismantled including other connected accessories for 5.5 Ton/ (5.5x2) 11 Ton, (5.5x3)16.5 Ton Ton capacity package AC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair condenser motor of outdoor unit of any make and model as existing in position for unit dismantled including other connected accessories of (8.5x2) 17 Ton capacity package AC complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- AUE/ GE/ Crompton Greaves/ Blue star as approved by GE.

Supply & Fix in repair condenser motor of outdoor unit of any make and model as existing in position for unit dismantled including other connected accessories of (12x3) 36 Ton capacity package Chiller AC complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 23.00 above but blower motor of indoor unit suitable for 5.5 Ton capacity package AC.

Dismantling and taking out following unserviceable compressors from the existing water cooler/ refrigerator/ deep freezer after cutting carefully the suction and discharge line and S&F in replacement new compressor including first filling of gas and refining serviceable accessories with brazing the suction and discharge line and leak testing complete all as specified and as directed:-

Compressor hermetically sealed suitable for 40/ 80 liter capacity water cooler.

Compressor hermetically sealed suitable for refrigerator of 165 to 310 Liters capacity.

Compressor hermetically sealed suitable for 200 to 320 Liters capacity deep freezer.
