Operation & Maintenance of Kharakmaf water supply scheme including AMR water meter, meter reading, consumer billing, automation work & SCADA system for 03 years (01.04.2024 to 31.03.2027) i) For year 2024-25

SCHEDULE G-1 (For Additional Works) Demolishing of nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix, manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete Pavement: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone of 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering

Excavation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, sand) for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30 M with back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches and disposal of surplus earth with in 50 M from trenches also including supply of labour T&P etc. complete.

Excavation in soil mixed with shingle boulders etc. requiring the use of specials T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30M with back filling, watering and ramming of Excavated earth in the trenches. (25% of Total Quantity) and disposal of surplus earth with in 50 M from trenches also including supply of labour T&P etc. complete for all zone.

Proving of all materials, carting from site store to site of work, lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying & Jointing of full lengths of HDPE pipes by electro fusion method, completion of work with testing of pipe line including supply of Jointing materials. PE-100, Normal Pressure (PN)-10 in 10 kg/cm2 HDPE pipe for water supply conforming to IS: 4984-1995 (i) 63 mm dia

Providing of all materials, carting from side of work, lowering in to trenches with true alignment, laying, jointing, fixing & testing of following S&S centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pipes conforming to IS: 8329/2000 & having specification given below with all Jointing materials, EPDM rubber gasket conforming to IS: 5382-1985, specials & fittings into trenches (underground) including all manpower, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Providing of all materials, carting from side of work, lowering in to trenches with true alignment, laying, jointing, fixing & testing of following MS ERW pipe confirming to IS 1978/1982 Grade YST-210 & having specification given below, with all specials & fittings into trenches underground including cutting of pipes in required length & bends by oxy-acetylene gas cutting process, laying & jointing by electric arc welding process with proper grade of electrodes suitable for welding of water supply pipelines with all manpower, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : With common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5. For different types of valves.

Supplying, fitting and fixing brass ferrule and making household connection of 15 mm dia pipe including upto 06-meter GI pipe length, stop cock, GI nipples, union, 450 mm long screw, jam nut, sockets etc., complete in all respect, including cutting trenches in all sorts of soil and filling up the trenches as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Installing and giving satisfactory field testing of 15 mm dia (with remote reading facility) Domestic AMR water Meter, horizonal inferential single or MultiJet domestic water along with manufacturers couplings at both ends.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Electromagnetic Flow Meter including all materials (excluding CI/DI fittings) and making connection with existing pipeline required for Electromagnetic Flow Meter including cutting the existing pipe line etc. complete in all respect as per technical specification and as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. Scaffolding for painting of the Overhead Tanks including supply of all labour, material, T&P etc. complete.

Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand with two or more coats on external surfaces excluding cost of scaffolding.
