EPF registration certificate with latest 3 months payment details along with challan

ESI registration certificate with latest 3 months payment details along with challan

Valid GST registration certificate.

The intending service provider/ Bidder/tenderer should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work supplying man power in any government projects of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender during the last five financial years from 2021-22 to 2025-26. An additional weight age of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer (Ref.Annexure-B)

The intending service provider/ Bidder/tenderer should have the minimum number of labours as specified / required for the particular works under his labour license. (Ref.Annexure-C)

ISO 45001-2018 certificate (OHSAS) for the intending agency/company is mandatory.ISO 9001-2015 certificate (QMS) for the intending agency/company is mandatory.

To qualify for award of this contract, each service provider/ Bidder/tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of the value equal to the amount put to tender under this contract. An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the financial turnover to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Turnover certificate duly certified by chartered account should be uploaded with UDIN. (Ref.Annexure-A)

Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity ( A*N*2.5 - B )Where A Maximum value of Labor Supply Works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N :Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited.B Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next N/12 years. (N-period of completion of individual works for which tenders are invited)Note- The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.Audited balance sheets mentioning UDIN number should be mandatorily uploaded along with tender, failing with which tender will be liable for rejection
