Annual Rate Contract for Hiring Of Commercial Vehicles for the financial Year 2025-26/till next contract is finalized

Providing of Vehicle along with the driver on hire basis (Tata mobile/ Pickup vehicle or equivalent) for carrying men and material to various areas of District Kupwara & Baramulla falling under the jurisdiction of STD Sopore (Without Fuel). Note:- (Vehicles to be used as and when required) Note : Rates quoted should be inclusive of Repair/Maintenance Charges, Insurance, Toll Charges and other Miscellaneous Charges

For Hilly areas like Keran,Machil,Tanghdar,Teetwal,Uri,Gulmarg

For other plain areas except the ones mentioned in 1.1

Providing of Hydraulic Crane along with the driver on hire basis for unloading /loading of power transformers upto capacity 10 MVA from platform to concrete/temporary bed and viceversa including shifting/dragging of power transformers within the jurisdiction of STD Sopore (District Baramulla & Kupwara) (Including Fuel).Timing of the crane will start from the instant, the crane starts its operation at site. Note:- (Vehicles to be used as and when required) Note : Rates quoted should be inclusive of Repair/Maintenance Charges, Insurance, Toll Charges and other Miscellaneous Charges

Upto the distance of 30 Kms from Divsional Stores

Beyond the distance of 30 Kms from Divsional Stores

Providing of Vehicle Truck or equivalent along with the driver on hire basis for carrying of heavy material e.g Poles , Conductor etc. from Central Stores Pampore to Divisional Stores at Sopore and various location of District Baramulla and Kupwara (Without Fuel). Note:- (Vehicles to be used as and when required) Note : Rates quoted should be inclusive of Repair/Maintenance Charges, Insurance, Toll Charges and other Miscellaneous Charges

Providing of 4x4 Platform along with the driver on hire basis for carrying Power Transformers upto 10 MVA Capacity to various areas of District Kupwara & Baramulla falling within the jurisdiction of STD Sopore including Plains and Hilly .(Without Fuel). Note:- (Vehicles to be used as and when required) Note : Rates quoted should be inclusive of Repair/Maintenance Charges, Insurance, Toll Charges and other Miscellaneous Charges
