Dismantling, Removal & Re-Laying of Existing LT Power Cable – Dismantling and removal of existing 1 Run × 3.5 Core × 240 Sq.mm Aluminium XLPE armoured cable presently fed from existing MSB to MCC-6 including disconnection and safe removal of cable from existing cable trays/trenches/support structures as required. The scope shall further include re-laying and dressing of the dismantled cable from proposed New SSB Panel to MCC-6 complete with clamping, saddles, supports, identification tags and all labour, tools, tackles and accessories required for proper completion of cable laying works. Cable glanding and termination shall be measured

Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of SSB Panel – Supply, fabrication, assembly, erection, testing and commissioning of floor mounted Sub Switch Board (SSB) panel fabricated from CRCA sheet steel, suitable for indoor industrial application, duly treated and powder coated as per relevant IS standards, complete with gland plates, lifting hooks, cable alleys, ventilation arrangements, earthing studs, hardware accessories and internal wiring. The panel shall be provided with suitable rated incomer and outgoing MCCBs, adequately rated aluminium/copper busbars with colour coded sleeves, neutral and earth bars, LED RYB indications, digital metering arrangement with Volt-Amp-Frequency (VAF), CTs, control wiring, terminal blocks, ferruling, identification labels and danger notices complete in all respects. The work shall include complete fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing, commissioning and handing over of the panel suitable for the proposed plant loads and future expansion requirements.
