Taking down cement plaster on brick, PCC block or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions. (Note:- Supply only Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for RCC (Nominal Mix) Type A1 1:11/2:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in chajja and Lintel etc complete all as specified

M&L Formwork to chajja and similar work; Flat,rough finished surface of concrete,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.

Taking down existing water proofing tretment on RCC slab / beams with bitumen felt with out damaging structure and removing the debrise outside the MD land and M&L for plaster 10 mm thck on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and preparing the surfaces to recive WPT treatment , applying a coat of bitumenm primer confirm to IS - 3384-1986 @ 3% per sqm . providing APP modified memrane with non woven polyster reinforcement/mat ( centre core) by tourch application over primed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge

Demolition of concrecte (reinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concete type B-1,1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm grade aggregate) as in copings including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
