Improvement to Pujariguda Check Dam in Nabarangpur Block of Nabarangpur District under Improvement to Check Dam scheme.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineerin-charge within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete.

Cement Concrete M15 with 20 mm Size crusser broken granite metal & down graded of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including lifting the materials lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level with curing ramming finishing etc. complete in all respect to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete M20 with 20 mm Size crusser broken granite metal & down graded of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including lifting the materials lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level with curing ramming finishing etc. complete in all respect to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the HYSD bars and placing in position as reinforcement and anchoring including lapping where necessary, cost of HYSD bars & binding wire with all leads, lifts for bending yard to placement point including cost, conveyance, labour, T&P required for this item etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrages and dam blocks including cost of all materials, labour, T. & P. etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including removal of forms.

Providing rough stone dry packing in aprons ,revetment with quarried and blasted granite stone boulder of size 30cm and above sizes & filling interstices with small stones and wedges and packing surface to proper line and levels with cost, conveyance, lead & lift, Labour, T&P, Royalty required for the item etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Removing old revetment and aprons and repacking with old stones including filling the interstices with small stones to proper profile and section including all leads, lifts to all heights as directed by the Engineer in charge.
