Service charge in percentage for following works

(A) Engagement of Security Personnel at Rabindra Sadan- Nandan Complex Deployment of 37 (thirty seven) round the clock security personnel in each day for the entire month (31/30/29/28 days, depending on number of days of the concerned month) for a period of three years from the date of issuing Work order, at Rabindra Sadan- Nandan Complex to maintain safety, security and Law & order of the whole complex including the offices located within the complex by engaging one person per shift. Specific daily deployment shall be made as per direction of the Nodal Officer of the Rabindra Sadan – Nandan Complex, to be notified by the Department from time to time, depending on specific requirement. Monthly minimum wages applicable for un-skilled labourers as per the rate to be notified / revised from time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal have to be paid to each such labourer. The present rate of minimum wages vide order No.352/Stat/2RW/76/266/LCS/JLC dtd.27.12.19 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below :Each Security Guard- Consolidated : Rs.8349/- (for 26 days) [Daily : Rs. 321/-]. Bonus shall be given to each of them as per applicable Govt. rule / order.Overtime, if any, shall be paid to the concerned employee by the agency concerned, strictly following Govt. Notifications / Orders. Government will not take any liability/ responsibility for any overtime, if the agency fails to provide sufficient number of manpower as per work order. (B) Engagement of Housekeeping personnel at Rabindra Sadan- Nandan Complex Deployment of 24 (twenty four) round the clock Housekeeping personnel in each day for the entire month (31/30/29/28 days, depending on number of days of the concerned month), for a period of three years from the date of issuing Work order at Rabindra Sadan- Nandan Complex for cleaning and housekeeping of the entire complex including all buildings (auditoriums, offices and conference halls) located within the complex during office hours / extended office hours, as per specific requirementof the offices / auditoriums concerned, as per overall direction and supervision of the Nodal Officer of the complex, to be notified by the Department from time to time and subsequent requisitions, if any, by the concerned Officer-in-Charges of the offices or auditoriums located within the complex by engaging one person per shift.Regular cleaning of the peripheries of water bodies located within the complex and minor maintenance of gardens have to be taken up utilising the services of the said housekeeping personnel (i.e. no extra manpower will be provided for said works). Monthly minimum wages applicable for un-skilled labourers as per the rate to be notified / revised from time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal have to be paid to each such labourer. The present rate of minimum wages vide order No.358/Stat/RW/108/568/LCS/JLC dtd.27.12.19 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below: Each Housekeeping staff - Consolidated : Rs.8349/- (for 26 days)[Daily :Rs. 321/-]Bonus shall be given to each of them as per applicable Govt. rule /order.Overtime,if any,shall be paid to the concerned employee by the agency concerned, strictly following Govt. Notifications/Orders. Government will not take any liability/ responsibility for any overtime, if the agency fails to provide sufficient number of manpower as per work order. (C) Engagement of Facility Manager at Rabindra Sadan- Nandan Complex Deployment of one (1) Facility Manager at Rabindra Sadan- Nandan Complex in each day for the entire month (31/30/29/28 days, depending on number of days of the concerned month), for a period of three years from the date of issuing Work order, for supervising all activities related to Security deployment and housekeeping of the entire complex including all buildings located within the complex, during office hours, strictly adhering to the directions of the Nodal Officer of the Complex, to be notified by the Department from time to time, by engaging one person per shift.Monthly minimum wages at therate of highly-skilled labourerto be notified / revised from time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal have to be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vide order No.311/Stat/2RW/17/94/LCS/JLC dtd.27.12.19 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below:Each Facility Manager- Consolidated : Rs. 11113/- (for 26 days) [Daily : Rs. 427/-].Bonus shall be given to him as per applicable Govt. rule / order.Overtime, if any, shall be paid to the concerned employee by the agency concerned, strictly following Govt. Notifications / Orders. Government will not take any liability/ responsibility for any overtime, if the agency fails to provide sufficient number of manpower as per work order. (D) Engagement of Security supervisor at Rabindra Sadan- Nandan Complex Deployment of two (2) Security Supervisors in each day for the entire month (31/30/29/28 days, depending on number of days of the concerned month), for a period of three years from the date of issuing Work order, for supervising all activities of Security deployment at Rabindra Sadan- Nandan Complex during office hours / extended office hours strictly adhering to the directions of the Nodal Officer of the Complex, to be notified by the Department from time to time, by engaging one person per shift.Monthly minimum wages at the rate of skilled Labourer as notified / revised from time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vide order No. 352/Stat/2RW/76/266/LCS/JLC dtd.27.12.19 of Labour Deptt. Is furnished below :Each Security Supervisor- Consolidated : Rs. 10104/- (for 26 days) [Daily : Rs. 389/-].Bonus shall be given to each of them as per applicable Govt. rule / order.Overtime, if any, shall be paid to the concerned employee by the agency concerned, strictly following Govt. Notifications / Orders. Government will not take any liability/ responsibility for any overtime, if the agency fails to provide sufficient number of manpower as per work order. (E) Engagement of housekeeping supervisor at Rabindra Sadan- Nandan Complex Deployment of two (2) housekeeping supervisors, in each day for the entire month (31/30/29/28 days, depending on number of days of the concerned month), for a period of three years from the date of issuing Work order, for supervising all cleaning and housekeeping related issues of entire Rabindra Sadan- Nandan Complex, during office hours / extended office hours strictly adhering to the directions of the Nodal Officer of the Complex, to be notified by the Department from time to time, by engaging one person per shift.Monthly minimum wages at the rate of Skilled Labourer as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal shall be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vide order No. 352/Stat/2RW/76/266/LCS/JLC dtd.27.12.19 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below :Each Housekeeping Supervisor- Consolidated : Rs. 10104/- (for 26 days) [ Daily :389/-].Bonus shall be given to each of them as per applicable Govt. rule / order.Overtime, if any, shall be paid to the concerned employee by the agency concerned, strictly following Govt. Notifications / Orders. Government will not take any liability/ responsibility for any overtime, if the agency fails to provide sufficient number of manpower as per work order. (F) Engagement of Security Personnel at Rabindra Okakura Bhawan Deployment of 08 (eight) round the clock security personnel in each day for the entire month (31/30/29/28 days, depending on number of days of the concerned month) for a period of three years from the date of issuing Work order, at Rabindra Okakura Bhawan, to maintain safety, security and Law & order of the whole premise by engaging one person per shift. Specific daily deployment shall be made as per direction of the Officer-in-Charge of Rabindra Okakura Bhawan.Monthly minimum wages applicable for un-skilled labourers as per the rate to be notified / revised from time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal have to be paid to each such labourer. The present rate of minimum wages vide order No.358/Stat/RW/108/568/LCS/JLC dtd.27.12.19 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below :Each Housekeeping staff - Consolidated : Rs.8349/- (for 26 days)[Daily :Rs. 321/-]. The present rate of minimum wages vide order No.358/Stat/RW/108/568/LCS/JLC dtd.27.12.19 of Labour Deptt.
