M&L for cleaning of complete water tank of 50,000 gln capacity with chamber complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, comprising the following works :- (a) Dewatering of left out water from the tank manually or by pumping out through pump set (b) Taking out complete sludge/mud from the tank and removing/storing the same at low level area earmarked by Engr-in-Charge within 50 m radius (c ) Cleaning inner surface of wall and bottom of tank with the help of wire brushes, scrapper and broom for cleaning of sludge from walls/floors (d) Washing of inner walls of tank by bleaching powder solution (e) Repairing of unserviceable angle/MS Sheet of sedimentation tank with welding work where necessary complete all as per site requirement (f) The empty sedimentation tank shall be first cleaned with fresh water twice and there after cleaned with fresh water sterililsed with 2% solution of potassium permagnate and writing location, capacity and date of cleaning with white paint firm and hand written over a black plate with synthetic enamel paint etc complete for entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Submersible motor pump of set of 5 HP to 10 HP servicing by dismantling and strip opening the motor including disconnecting the cable connections and coupling of the motor, removing the starter and rotor units, bearings, servicing the motor assembly including cleaning the carbon deposits with carbon tetra chloride, greasing the bearings etc, heat varnishing the motor windings by applying varnish and keeping the windings into the hot air oven till the moisture evaporates completely at authorized workshop and refixing the same after repairs including connecting up of the electric connections including testing and commissioning and to achieve the required water discharge as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Rates for transportation of pump sets to workshop and back to site shall be deemed to inclusive in the quoted unit rates. (ii) Spares and rewinding / heat varnishing for the motor will be measured and paid separately.

Taking out worn winding of Submersible pump motor starter of capacity 5 to 10 HP carefully and rewinding the same with existing size of super enamelled copper winding wire ,including necessary varnishing and insulating material baking etc, transportation to workshop and back at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of starter for Submersible motor pump of capacity 5 to 10 HP at site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete required at site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of unserviceable accessories of water supply lines of any size i.e. Tee, Union, sockets, reducers, elbow & plug IS marked as required at site to arrest the leakage of water supply line including excavation & earthwork, returning filling, removing, cutting & threading for under mentioned items ser No 41 to 51 all as specified an directed at site.
