AIR CONDITIONERS

Material & labour for tracing out leakage from suction line, discharge line, evaporation condenser, filter, capilary tube, indoor unit, outdoor unit, suction / delivery line, joints by removing AC from its original Installed location by suitable method including brazing, welding and filing of gas R-22 /R-32/ R-410A in window/Split type AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following capacity:-. Note:- Contractor will provide warranty of Refrigerant gas filledby him in case of gas leakages from suction / delivery valve for 3 month.

Removing following type of existing unserviceable compressor cut/uncut from window type/Split type AC and S & F new compressor compatible with all AC's Brands in original position including pressure testing welding, respective refrigerant gas charging, brazing & replacement of filter/strainer made of copper capilary tube, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Contractor will provide the warranty of compressor for 1 year.

Supply & fix in replacement combined starting and running capacitor Casing - aluminum / terminal - Lug ( quadraple fast on) to be install in air conditioners outdoor unit of capacity 1.5TR / 2.0 TR for compressor and condensor motor of capacity H & C 50mfd, F & C 4/6mfd, +- 5 %, 50 / 60 Hz, 440 V AC caster oil protected, as per existing installed capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement compressor electrical wiring connection acessories like copper wire, lug, pin etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of fan blade for condensor motor of 1.5/2.0TR window/ split AC made of high class PVC, push & Screw tight fitting 3 / 4 blade as per site compatible with all AC's brands in original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for removing of existing unserviceable burnt out condenser motor from split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity and Supply & fix new condenser motor of capacity upto to 180 Watt, 3 to 6 Pole , 1100 rpm to 1750 rpm as per existing installed on site, single phase 230 V compatible with all AC's brands in original position including frixing replacement of rubber bush of motor mounting, testing, commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling blower fan motor of window type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity and supply and fixing new fan motor along with fan of existing make and size and refixing in position, connecting and testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for removing of existing unserviceable / leakage aluminium condenser from out door unit of capacity split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity and Supply & fix new copper condenser of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR as per existing installed on site, compatible with all AC's brands in original position including frixing,brazing, cutting, respective refrigerant gas charging complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, copper conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts, 3 core of size 4 Sqmm of length 3 mtr suitable for 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of electronic circuit (PCB) original / assembled (external type) complete including controlling unit i.e. (remote) all as per existing system and suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR capacity split type / window AC compatible with all AC's brands in original position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable burnt out indoor unit blower motor carefully without bracking blower nut / socket mouth from split type AC indoor of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity and Supply & fix new blower motor of capacity 30W to 60 W, any pole, AC/ DC type as per existing installed on site, single phase compatible with all AC's brands in original position including with replacement of rubber bush of motor mounting, testing, commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install in replacement indoor unit of air cooled split unit air conditioners electric driven single phase of capacity 1.5 TR indoor unit complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality including respective gas charging, compatible with all AC's brands complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install in replacement indoor unit of air cooled split unit air conditioners electric driven single phase of capacity 2.0 TR indoor unit complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality including respective gas charging, compatible with all AC's brands complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of insulation foam covering of copper tubbing suction line from out door unit to indoor unit with suitable method of split type AC duly covered and tightened complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix new wall mount outdoor bracket upto 36 " heavy duty MS iron stand with nuts bolts suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR split/ window type AC, load bearing capacity: upto 50 kg and connected works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix metal encosure single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps 'C' series complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for submain wiring with two runs of PVC insulated and unsheathed FR cable 650/1100 Volts grade,multi - stranded 2 runs of 4.0 Sqmm single core copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and capping and 1 run of 4.0 Sqmm single core multi- stranded coper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FR cable 1100 volts grade, ISI markd earth continuity wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note:- 3 runs of 4 Sqmm and 01 run of casing and capping shall be measured as one length).

Material & labour for fixing / shifting installation, testing and commissioning of split type AC's electric driven single phase of capacity 1.5 TR/2.0TR including making holes to the existing wall made of PCC block / stone masonary to draw cables and pipes to connect the indoor units to the out door units including new PVC drain pipe 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for fixing/ shifting installation, testing and commissioning of window type AC's electric driven single phase of capacity 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR including making necessary opening in the existing wall made of PCC block / stone masonary equal to window AC size and fixing the AC and making the surface good as original and the opening air tight with necessary packing as required including provision of PCC block masnory platform in CM (1:6) with PCC block of (1:5:8) with 15 mm plaster in CM (1:4) for installation of AC's complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing split / window type AC unit 1.5/2.0 TR capacity from existing positioin and sevicing the same by complete cleaning and removal of the dust from condenser and evaporator by washing castic soda & water by suitable method including cleaning of air filter, supply and replacement of damaged wires with copper wire PVC insulated of same size, tightening of loose wire, nuts, bolts, servicing of condenser motor by oiling, greasing, setting of grills alignment complete including refixing in original position including provision of thermocol for air thighness, testing and commissioning to the entire satisfactioin of complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note:- Contractor will provide warranty of Refrigerant gas filled by him in case of gase leakages from suction / delivery valve for 3 month.

Supply & fix in repairs brass service valve of size 3/8" suitable for split ACs of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Supply & fix in repairs brass service valve of size 5/8" suitable for split ACs of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs copper tubing of size 3/8" suitable for split AC of any capacity with PVC insulation all around the pipe as per copper pipe size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repairs copper tubing of size 5/8" suitable for split AC of any capacity with PVC insulation all around the pipe as per copper pipe size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix in repair electronic wall mounting type voltage stabilizer suitable for AC upto 2 TR for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 volt to 250 volt with output voltage stabilized at 230 volt with accuracy of ±2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fix in repair body of outdoor unit of split AC of following capacity including all spare parts (excluding compressor) like copper condenser, electronic circuit, fan motor with blade, brass service valve for suction & discharge line,capiliary tube,capacitors,refrigerant pipe line and inconnection wiring acessories etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

WATER COOLER

Tracing out the leakage from suction/ discharge line, condenser and alike by suitable method including brazing, welding, gas charging R-134, R-22 /R-32/ R-410A including replacement of strainer, capilary tube, nut bolts of compressor as required of water cooler 40 / 80 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable compressor from water cooler 40/80 ltr capacity and supply & fixing new compressor in original position with R-134, R-22 /R-32/ R-410A gas charging and pressure testing, brazing as required and replacement of strainer, capilary tube & cleaning of condenser coil including cutting of rusted portioin & welding replacement of new sheet of existing gauge etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

REFRIGERATORS

Tracing out the leakage from suctiion/ discharge line, condenser and alike by suitable method including brazing, welding, gas charging R-134, R-134, R-22 /R-32/ R-410A replacement of strainer, capilary tube, nut bolts, etc as required of compressor of refrigeratiors of capacity 310 Liter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Removing existing unserviceable compressor from refrigerator capacity 300 -310 ltr and Supply & fix new in original position & charging of gas R-134, R-134, R-22 /R-32/ R-410A, replacement of strainer, capilary tube complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

DESERT COOLER

Supply & fix in replacement Hi quality submersible electric pump 18W single phase 230 V A/C 50 cycle, inbuild thermal overload protector minimum head 2 mtr suitable for metal/plastic body desert cooler including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix in repalcement desert cooler electric fan motor upto 110 W capacity 230 V AC, 50 cycle, copper winding single shaft for metal/plastic body desert cooler as on installed on site including necessary modification / extra nut & bolt, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix grass pads of approved quality & pattern and size to suit exisitng coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix in replacement fan blade (3 or 4 blade) suitable for motor 1/8 HP single phase of desert coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying of 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 including with all fittings such as bends, elbow, tee, socket, reducers, unions etc as required at site for on walls/ceiling or laying in floors with proper clamping at a distance of 1 meter complete , conneting to over head tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

SCADA

Note :- (1) Comprehensive maintenance of VRF based air conditioning shall be carried out as per manufacturer standard check list and detailed as under all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Testing / Checking of compressor for its proper functioning and rectification of defect if any. (b) Testing / Checking of control switch such as pressure cut outs, water flow switch, temprature sensor for proper functiong. (c) Testing / Checking of PCBs of the Indoor unit & Outdoor unit for its proper functioning and rectification of defects if any. (d) Testing / Checking of Cooling coil for leakage and Rectification of leakage by brazing including cleaning of Cooling coil. (e) Testing / Checking & servicing of blower fan motor and rectification of defect if any. (f) Testing / Checking of all electrical connection and control wiring tighting of electrical connection and rectification of defect if any complete. (g) Testing / Checking & servicing of condenser fan motor and rectification of defect if any. (h) Testing / Checking of condenser coil for leakage and Rectification of leakage by brazing including cleaning of condenser coil. (j) Testing / Checking of refrigerant pipe for leakage and Rectification of leakage by brazing including cleaning of refrigerant pipe. (k) Cleaning of entire indoor & outdoor unit for removing all dirt dust, grease etc

(2) Servicing of VRF unit shall be carried out three times during contract period. Contractor shall also be responsible to rectify any defect during break down without any extra cost during contract period. (i) All defective spare parts like pressure switch, Thermistor & sensor,PCB & transformer, contractor,overcurrent relay , current sensor, refrigerant gas, fan motor & capacitor, oil heater , solenoid valve, expansion valve, stop valve, refrigerant oil and compressor etc if found unserviceable will be deemed included in quoted rate.. (ii) Topping of refrigerant gas will be deemed included in quoted rate. (iii) The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for any repair, which are obviously and fairly, intended which may not have been included in these documents, but which are essential for the execution and entire completion of works. (iv) Comprehensive maintenance including servicing of VRF unit, & repairing the VRF unit during breakdown / emergency shall be carried out through authorised representative of OEM. Contractor shall submit necessary documentary proof (MOU) in support of the same. (v) The under mentions material/services will not be covered in contract- (a) Sheet metal. (b) Complete replacement of condenser coil. (c) Electrcal work. (d) Plastic parts of units. (e) Cooling coil. (f) Civil work.

(3) Comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out as per manufacturer standard check list and detailed as under all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) Testing / Checking & servicing of blower fan motor and rectification of defect if any. (b) Testing / Checking of blower fan blade for proper functioning. (c) Cleaning of cooling coil of AHU unit with pressurised water and then testing/ checking of Cooling coil for leakage and rectification of leakage by brazing including. (d) Testing / Checking of all electrical connection and control wiring tighting of electrical connection and rectification of defect if any complete. (e) Testing / Checking and Cleaning the moisture drain pipe. (f) Cleaning of entire AHU unit for removing all dirt dust, grease etc (4) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for carrying out servicing work three times during contract period. The time interval between both servicing will be intimated by Engineer -in-charge as per requirement (5) Make of VRF unit is Hitachi therefore spare part provided in the work shall be of make Hitachi, contractor may use spare part of other make as recommended by the OEM and approved by the GE . (6) Timing of attending the complaint :- Complaint should be addressed and rectified within 24 hours from intimation of complaint. (7) If the defects are not rectified in stipulated time then 500 Rs/Hr will be recovered from contractor dues. (8) Payment for the job shall be made on monthly basis as directed by Engr-in-charge. (9) A mail No from the contractor must be given to lodge the complaints.

Labour only for attending the emergent complaint of Split AC/Window AC/Refrigerator/ water cooler/desert cooler for immediate rectification without any replacemnt of items ,installed at various locations of air force station bhuj.
