The following Deck cranes works are to be carried out as per Scope of Work mentioned at Annexure-A under supervision of OEM services engineer and satisfactory operational trials of the system including controls to be shown to Shipstaff, HSL & attending class surveyor.Complete material required for operation of the system to be supplied by the vendor.
OVERHAULING OF BOOM: Servicing of Booms are to be carried out as per SoW (DL No:E2101133) mentioned at Annexure-A.
OVERHAULING OF GANTRY: Servicing of Gantrys are to be carried out as per SoW (DL No:E2101134) mentioned at Annexure-A.
OVERHAULING OF MAIN BLOCK/ AUXILLARY BLOCK AND BOOM: Servicing of Main Block / Auxillary Block and Booms are to be carried out as per SoW (DL No:E2101135) mentioned at Annexure-A.
CARGO GEAR SURVEY: Routines on Cargo Gear are to be carried out as per SoW (DL No:E2101139) mentioned at Annexure-A.
CRANE CABIN REPAIR JOBS: Repairs on Crane Cabin are to be carried out as per SoW (DL No:E2101140) mentioned at Annexure-A.
OTHER JOBS (LADDERS, LUBE OIL COOLER, WOODEN PLANK ETC): Jobs are to be carried out as per SoW (DL No:E2101141) mentioned at Annexure-A.
SLIP RING REPLACEMENT (FOR BOTH CRANE 1 SLIP RING REPALCEMENT AND 1 RE-CONDITIONING): Slip Ring Replacement is to be carried out as per SoW (DL No:E2101142) mentioned at Annexure-A.
