Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for Construction of 199 New Anganawadi Buildings in Hiriyuru Taluk Chitradurga District.

a) To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have financial turnover in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26. (a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 49.40 Lakhs. from Consultancy Services which are Civil in Nature. The profit and loss accounts statements duly signed by the CA with UDIN no.

Work Experience : Completed successfully at least minimum ONE DPR Project cost of Similar nature of Building construction work cost of Rs. 6175.07 lakhs in any one year of during past five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 for Govt Dept projects only. Consultant should submit the previous Projects designs and drawings. (Credentials obtained from the client not below the rank of Executive Engineer shall be furnished).

The Consultant Shall not have been Blacklisted or Terminated in any of their Previous Projects and Shall not have any Litigation History in any of their Previous Projects. Agency/Supplier should be upload Affidavit on Rs 100 Bond Paper stating that No misappropriation of fund, No criminal case and No Black list. Put the Name of work or Indent no in the bond paper.

The Consultant shall preferably Own a Full Fledged NABL Laboratory or MOU with NABL accredited Laboratory within karnataka. With all the relevant equipments photos, bills/invoice, calibration certificates and necessary documents to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Specifications/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes. CTM is mandatory.
