HIRING 01 GROUP D EMPLOYEE FOR LOCAL AUDIT CIRCLE OFFICE CHITRADURGA

The bidder shall be an ASRTU Rate Contract Holder OR manufacturer with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 2.00 crores for the preceding continuous three years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 & 2023-24) as detailed in the tender document.

The bidder shall submit the Audited Statement of Accounts i.e., Manufacturing/Trading and Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheets for having the required financial turnover as detailed in the tender document.

The bidder shall submit the Annual GST return acknowledged by the concerned Tax Authority for having the required financial turnover as detailed in the tender document.

If the bidder is a Micro and small scale industries manufacturer, they shall have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 26 lakhs (50% of the estimated cost of the tender) during the preceding two years (As per GoK order No. FD 908 Exp-12/2019 Benagaluru dated: 21.07.2020). Such bidders shall submit the MSME Certificate and proof for having the required financial turnover such as Audited Statement of Accounts i.e., Manufacturing/Trading and Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheets, Annual GST return acknowledged by the concerned Tax Authority for the preceding two years as detailed in the tender document.

The bidder shall submit the Verification Certificate from the Chartered Accountant stating that the turnover details furnished in the audited statement of accounts have been verified by him and that they are found to be correct as a proof for having the required financial turn over as detailed in the tender document.

The bidder shall submit the duly filled out, sealed and signed Annexure-A, Annexure-A1, Additional Format, Environment Safety Data Sheet and Environmental Management System Checklist.

The bidder shall submit the duly filled out, sealed and signed Declaration-I, Declaration-II (Optional) and Declaration-III as per the formats on Govt. stamp paper of Rs. 20.00 or above.

The bidder must submit the valid NSIC Certificate to avail exemption from the payment of Earnest Money Deposit or else the full EMD amount must be paid through e-payment in the KPPP.

If the bidder wants to avail the benefits of MSME they shall submit the Small Scale Industries Certificate if the bidder is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME).
