SUB SWITCH BOARD PANELS

Dismantling of existing panels: 1. AHU panel 2 2. BB Lighting panel 3. BB Power panel 4. Boiler / AHU panel 3 5. Chiller panel 1 6. Chiller panel 2 Including removing cable & cable termination, earth connection etc. complete in all respect. Shifting & stacking of dismantled sub panels (6 nos.) to storage area as instructed by HLL Engineer in Charge (lead distance of maximum = 300m). PS: Party to inspect the site before quoting.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of sub panel: 1. AHU panel 2 2. BB Lighting panel 3. BB Power panel 4. Boiler / AHU panel 3 5. Chiller panel 1 6. Chiller panel 2 As per the detailed tender specifications and applicable IEC/IS standards.

Re-routing the existing power cable from MSB panel to Chiller 2: 1. Existing connection from MSB panel to Chiller 2 to be removed – 3.5C x 185mm² XLPE cable from the Chiller 2. 2. Use the existing cable (3.5C x 185mm² XLPE cable) to provide connection from MSB panel to the new SSB: Chiller panel 2. 3. Provide new power cable (3.5C x 185mm² XLPE cable) from SSB: Chiller panel 2 to the Chiller 2 (cable and glands will be supplied by HLL – party to quote for installation rate alone). 4. Providing all earth connection including new glanding, lugs, dressings, ferrules etc. complete in all respect. PS: Party to inspect the site before quoting.

Re-termination of existing LT incomer & outgoing cables,earth connection etc complete in all respects(incliding supply and fixing of new glands and accessories for cable termination ,lugs,dressing,ferrules,earthing and testing etc.) in the new SSB panels for all power cables,incomplete in all respect ps:Party to inspect the site before quoting
