SPL REPAIR TO FANS AT MIL STN BHUJ UNDER GE (A) BHUJ

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM, Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnecting,taking down and removing of ceiling fan of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations and connecting up from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan, necessary oiling and greasing including supplying nuts, bolts, canopy, down rod, clamps, capacitor and replacement of unserviceable parts if any, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, connecting to existing electric sources with using new 1.5 sqmm 3 core multistanded PVC insulated copperwire FRLS to required length and testing at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unserviceable winding / bearing or any parts shall be paid measured and paid for separately as "supply only" under appropriate item of sch "A" . The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation of fans to and from workshop if required and approved by Engr-in-charge for necessary repairs. Burnt out windings replaced and paid for separately under appropraite item of Sch 'A' .

M&L for painting of ceiling fans / Exhaust fans / Wall mounted fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with fille, one coat of after cleaning dust etc and writing ceiling fan number complete all as specified and directed

Taking out & removing old burnt-out windings of electric fans of any description and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enameled copper wire as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeving, insulating varnish etc testing at workshop and transportation to site, connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge of ceiling fan complete as directed for the following Fans:- (a) Rewinding of motor of ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep

Supply only bearing of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep suitable for different make/types of fans1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gun metal bushes suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only capacitor of capacity 2.5 mfd for ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rubber Seal of suitable size of hanging assembly with clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 450 mm long down rod 15 mm dia of MS tube light grade, factory made , painted & duly finished with powder coating of white colour, including necessary holes and threading etc complete all as specified and directed.
