IMPROVEMENT TO AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATION AT AF STN BHUJ

M & L for dismantling of MS C-chanel, base plate, foundation bolt, monoblock 03 HP-03 Nos condensor/ chiller pump, electric connection, cooling coil/water pipe, and supply and fixing of new MS C-channel in repair of size 100 x 50 x 5 mm conforming to IS 2062, fabrication and arc welding of all joints, providing and fixing stiffner plates where required, refixing, releveling and alignment of pump, motor providing base plates , nuts, washers, and shims, reconnection of electric cable and all pipes for making plant functional including applying one coat red oxide primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamal paint all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

M & L for dismantling of MS C-chanel, base plate, foundation bolt, monoblock compressor 5.5TR-02 Nos, condensor/ chiller pump, electric connection, cooling coil/water pipe, and supply and fixing of new MS C-channel in repair of size 100 x 50 x 5 mm and base plate of existing size conforming to IS 2062, fabrication and arc welding of all joints, providing and fixing stiffner plates where required, refixing, releveling and alignment of pump, motor providing base plates, nuts, washers, and shims, reconnection of electric cable and all pipes for making plant functional including applying one coat red oxide primer and two coats of approved synthetic enamal paint all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

S & F in repair of condenser coil of 77"(L)X44"(H)X2R & 3/8 OD copper tube condenser with End PELT G.I , suitable for heavy duty air-conditioning/refrigeration plant, complete with copper tubes aluminium fins, factory presurre testing, including removal of old damaged condenser, shifting, brazing/welding of copper joints, leak testing with nitrogen, vacuuming, flushing, refilling of referigerant as required, replacement of drier, final commissioing and performance testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note:- Cost of referigerant will be paid seperately under appropriate item of BoQ.

S & F in repair of condenser coil of 48"(L)X34"(H)X2R & 3/8 OD copper tube condenser with End PELT G.I, suitable for heavy duty air-conditioning/refrigeration plant, complete with copper tubes aluminium fins, factory presurre testing, including removal of old damaged condenser, shifting, brazing/welding of copper joints, leak testing with nitrogen, vacuuming, flushing, refilling of referigerant as required, replacement of drier, final commissioing and performance testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note:- Cost of referigerant will be paid seperately under appropriate item of BoQ.

S & F in repair of cooling coil of 47"(L)X48"(H)X6R & 1/8 OD copper tube condenser with End PELT G.I, suitable for heavy duty air-conditioning/refrigeration plant, complete with copper tubes aluminium fins, factory presurre testing, including removal of old damaged condenser, shifting, brazing/ welding of copper joints, leak testing with nitrogen, vacuuming, flushing, refilling of referigerant as required, replacement of drier, final commissioing and performance testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note:- Cost of referigerant will be paid seperately under appropriate item of BoQ.

M & L for rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Cement concrete in type C2, (1:3:6) (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foudation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
