Mandatory Requirements:
Particulars
1.Venue for the B2B Meet ‐ 5 star/ heritage & above, centrally located, with adequate food & beverages for the attendees for 80 pax minimum.
2.Audio visual arrangements – Screens, projectors, required sound system and equipment for film and audio visual presentation.
3. Staging and Displays – stage, carpet, branding and backdrop/displays
4. B2B Stations with tables, chairs and name boards - 15 Nos
5. Local Associate/ Team for Invitation & database managing – hiring of database of relevant Tour Operators, telecalling, emailer invite, hardcopy invites, and other communication charges for ensuring quality attendance
6. Hostesses & compere for the show (bilingual)
7.Collaterals including badges and participant folder
8. Presentation
9. Onsite Management & Supervision
10. Mementos and Giveaways - 60 Nos, Souvenirs for VIPs/Delegates - 5 Nos
