M&L for demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as directed.

M&L for clearing the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (Including vertical total depth plus 100mm) by wire brush. Chisel out any mortar sticking the surface, rendering to floor and sides with minimum 10 mm thickness in CM 1:4 including mixing of WPC in mortar @ 3% of cement content finished even including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout (Spout of 50 mm dia medium grade GI pipe/ 40mm dia CPVC pipes with wire gauge on inside mouth projecting at least by 30 cm clear of face of the nearest outer wall to be provided). After that apply two coats of polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating as per IS: 2645-2003 to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level + 100mm height. The thickness of each layer shall be 1mm. All junction points of side walls where CI/GI/CPVC pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. NOTE:- (i) WPC for mixing in CM shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (40 mm aggregate ) as in filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate using water proofing compound as in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular ) area of each tile in floors etc.area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc. 0.11 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, over and including 20 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surfaces 450x300x7mm /450x350x7 or 8 mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 12 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete using spacers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L glazed ceramic colour tiles in vertical surfaces 300x200x7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 12 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete using spacers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene 1000 Ltr water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of water tank and removing to store all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia of ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, ((Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

S&F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves of size 20 mm , with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) EWC with s or p trap including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe ) and to Flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC. 32 mm dia, for low level cistern complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L in repair white Plastic Seat cover for pedestal pattern with flat bottom and cover and including Mild Steel Chromium Plated Aluminium Hanging Device complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve float handle including brackets all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash basin pedestal type of size 550x400mm including bracket , including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of waste pipe excluding taps waste pipe complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic Emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a priming coat complete all as specified and directed.
