Horticulture work at Indira Gandhi Stadium Complex

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliages creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawns, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawns with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by officer in-charge. (52611 sqm X 12 Months = 631332 sqm)

Complete maintenance of shrubs (outside garden features), job like making of basin at regular interval including watering, weeding, pruning & application of fertilizer etc. as per direction of officer in-charge (2600 nos X 12 Months = 31200 nos)

Cutting of hedge/edge including removing of cut material, clearing hoeing of edge/hedge bed watering, manuering and applying insecticide & fungicide etc. as per direction of officer in-charge (1440 sqm X 12 Months = 17280 sqm)

Topiary cutting/shaping of plant removing of cut materials, cleaning, hoeing of trees (topiary) watering, manures etc. as per direction of officer in-charge :: Height of Topiary up to 120 cm (500 nos X 12 Months = 6000 nos)

Maintenance of Potted Plants at Nursery in Earthen pot including resetting/displaying at Nursery, including watering, weeding/hoeing, coloring, transplanting, the damaged pots and disposal of generated garbage at specified place as per direction of officer in-charge (500 nos X 12 Months = 6000 nos)

Maintenance of Potted Plants Earthen pot in displayed at ground floor, office complex including application of good earth, manure, Insecticides, pesticides and fertilizers. Removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place. Coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required as per direction of the officer in-charge (1000nos X 12 Months = 12000 nos)

Maintenance of potted plants, Cement pots at ground floor in flats and ground floor, office complex including application of good earth, manure, insecticide, pesticide and fertilizer, removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place, coloring of pots and change of location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as and when required as per direction of the officer in-charge (1000 nos X 12 Months = 12000 nos)

Removal of garden waste by Tata 407 or equivalent including loading, unloading and carriage upto 16 km lead compete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer in-charge

Supply & stacking of good earth at site of work including loading, unloading , royalty and carriage upto 16 km. loads and lifts. (Good earth measures in stacks will be reduce by 20% for payment)

Supply & stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site of work including loading, unloading, royalty and carriage upto 16 km. (Cattle manure measures in stacks will be reduce by 8% for payment)

Supply & Stacking of (City compost) organic manure in 50 kg net packing in HDPE bags as per direction of office in-charge (as per sample approved)

Supply & Stacking of Vermi compost organic manure in 50 kg net packing in HDPE bags as per direction of office in-charge (as per sample approved)

Providing & Planting Bougainvillea (variety, Sobhra, Thima, Marry Palmar, Cheny Blossom etc.) well developed with fresh and healthy bushy plant in full bloom 30-45 cm height with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pot/plastic pot and as per direction of officer in-charge

Providing and planting Hamelia Patens of height 60-75 cm with 6-8 branches in poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of officer in-charge

Providing and planting Calliandra hybrid of height 75-90 cm with 4-5 branches in bags of size 25 cm as per direction of officer in-charge
