Providing in/c testing and commissioning (except installation) of star rated (minimum 3 star with applicable ISEER according to current industry standard) Split Type High Wall AC machine (Condenser & Evaporator coil pipe should be made of copper) of approved make and technical specification with Inverter Compressor technology operating on non-CFC refrigerant (R-410A/R-32/equivalent refrigerants) as per current industry standard, with free refrigerant pipe as supplied with AC machine, necessary plug top for IDU (with 01(one) year overall machine warranty and 05(five) years compressor warranty) suitable for wall mounting conforming to IS:1391(part-2) specification (except power consumption) suitable for operation on 230 volt, 50 Hz, single Phase, AC supply capable of performing a) Cooling b) Dehumidifying c)Air Circulating d) Filtering having rated cooling capacity should not be less than. A) 1.5 TR (rated cooling capacity should not be less than 4500 Kcal/hr or 18000 BThu/hour or 5250 watt).

Standard installation of 1.5 TR/2.00 TR capacity Hi-Wall Split type Air Conditioner in/c repairing of drilled wall by cement mortar, painting in/c necessary insulation, clamping and warping by white masking tape of copper pipes, and also providing electrical 3 pin 16 amp Top for connection in socket & necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of additional length of copper pipe of 5/8'' and 1/4'' diameter or suitable diameter for suction and liquid line in a set and wrapping of copper pipes between indoor and outdoor unit (1.50 TR & 2.00 TR AC) beyond the standard length of pipe as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication of M.S. platform for placement of condensing unit by using M.S. angle of (50x50x5) mm size base plate, nuts & bolts or cradle of suitable sizes i/c painting, fitting, fixing grouting by cement mixer as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing hard PVC pipe of good quality of at least 25 mm diameter including necessary clamping and fitting for draining of condensate water from indoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and connecting Electric Control cables between indoor unit and outdoor unit beyond standard quantity kit. 3C X 2.5 Sq. mm Copper Cable as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Charge for Air Conditioning machine (1.5/2.0 TR Split type High wall) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
