Supply, Delivery and stacking of Household Dust bins of Virgin grade of 15 Liter capacity having a minimum height of 350 mm made of High Molecule High Density Polyethylene (HMHDPE) material, absolutely non – toxic, free from any contamination, chemical resistant conforming to the requirement of ASTM D – 543 – 04. Material should have more than 250 kg / Cm / cm as per ASTM D 256. Average overall thickness should be 1.5 mm (Blue colour) as per detailed Technical Specification of RFP

Supply and installation of twin hanging waste bins of 60 Litter capacity as per detailed Technical Specification of RFP, each supported on SS 304 legs with openable lids at top of the frame as per tender drawings. The structure should be done with adequate balancing to withstand the probable weight of the wastes, own weight of the bins with installation mechanism and eventual shock and impact during operation and handling of the bins. The poles SS 304 of nominal bore 65 mm with minimum wall thickness 3.6 mm including 1 no. of bush on both side of bins for tilting to empty the garbage. Locking arrangement with 8 mm SS handle should be provided at the bottom to facilitate easy collection of waste. Each pole should be placed with foundation in cement concrete (1:2:4) below the ground/surface level using hard black granite chips of 12mm to 20mm size and coarse sand. The length of the pole should be such that the top of waste bins should not be at a height of more than 1.2 m above the finished ground level and embedment below ground level should be adequate (not less than 0.3 m). Provide one number of angle hold fast at the bottom of leg inside the concrete to ensure stability and balance of the mounting. Cement concrete foundation having size 300 mm x 300 mm x 450 mm should be done around each pole
