Plastering with CM (1:4) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS. For Ground floor

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS. For First floor

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS. For Second floor

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS. For Third floor

Painting walls with plastic emulsion or other equal and approved water proof cement paint over priming coat, 2 coats (All colours) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt ande remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS. (For Internal walls)

Hire Charges for access scaffolding upto 3.66m using Casurina Ballies, bamboos, wooden reapers, runners, wood posts, wall posts, wall plates etc., for plastering to walls - 1 Sqm. For Ground floor above 3.66mts height

Hire Charges for access scaffolding upto 3.66m using Casurina Ballies, bamboos, wooden reapers, runners, wood posts, wall posts, wall plates etc., for plastering to walls - 1 Sqm. For First floor

Painting with Synthetic enamel paints - one coat - for Old Iron work to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS.

Engaging labour on NMR basis for chipping and removing of loose powdered cement concrete and as directed by the departmental authorities.
