Providing of all materials, Carting from site store to site of work, Lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying of MS ERW Pipes grade Yst 210, Jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of eletrodes suitable for jointing of water supply pipe lines (Ador, L&T or equivalent electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, completion of work with testing of pipe line etc complete.

Clear Water Reservoir

For Small CWRs in Rural Areas Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. CWR (M-20) of following capacities ( in kilolitres ) withM.S. ladder outside & inside of the tank,M.S.M.H. cover with locking arrangement, supply and fixing of outlet, inlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder ,M.S.M.H. cover, with steel shuttering etc. complete with approved water proofing (apex) enamel paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of vertical pipes and specials, assuming bearing capacity as 8MTM2.The Cost of CWRs of corresponding capacities has been given in Rupees

E&M Works at Pumping Stations (Tube Well)

Trail Bore

(i) Transportation of Suitable Truck mounted ODEX/ DTH Drilling rig along with all necessary accessories connecting T&P Required for drilling and direction of rig including leveling etc. Complete in all respects as per direction of the engineer in charge for installation of hand pump. (ii) Drilling of boars as per IS 2800-1979 using ODEX - 115 (Tubex) attachment required drilling in alluvial, boulder, pebbles gravels, rock stones stick. Clay etc including cost of attachment consumable stores. bits, water, POL etc. complete With system of simultaneous lowering of 125 mm normally bore 5.4 mm thick MSERW fin cut casing pipe which will be welded together using 2.5 mm or 3.25 mm dia electrodes with plain ends and the other ends Champhered to 500 removing paints on the area to be welded inclusive of the cost of bio degradable and nontoxic from flush etc. excluding cost of MSERW fin out casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement in all respects as per direction of Engineer- in-charge. (iii) Drilling of bore of 115 mm dia as per IS 2800-1979 using DTH attachment from bottom of casing shoe to required depth in alluvial / boulder/ pebbles/gravels/rock stone stick clay etc. in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge/ Hydro geologist. (iv) Supply & fixing of suitable casing shoe of EN -24 Steel as per requirement of ODEX attachment etc. complete in all respect . (v) Supply of suitable bit tube of 67 cms. in length made out from seamless casing as per requirement of ODEX attachment complete in all respects.

BORING OF TUBEWELL (100 m DEPTH)

(i) Transportation of Suitable truck Mounted Rig Machine, air Compressor, OP Unit, Camp equipafe, connected T&P and Necessary accessories, mini Tube Well . (ii) Drilling of Bore 200 MM size by Rig Machine Using ODEX Method in alluvial, boulders, pebbles, rockey stone, stickey clay etc. including lowering, welding of required kind/sizes of MSERW casing Pipe (Blind/Slotted) from ground level upto entire depth ordered by the department. (iii) Drilling Of Bore 200 MM Size DTH attachment From Bottom of casing shoe. (iv) Development of Mini Tubewell by the suitable air Compressor unit to the satisfaction of engg. Incharge to give sand free discharge atleast for 15 Hrs. (v) Development of mini Tubewell by the suitable submersible OP Unit Complete with Lowering and lifting of Pumping Plant having suitable discharge including running of OP unit and yield testing of tubewell by "V" notch atlest for 30 Hrs to the Satisfaction of engg. Incharge. (vi) Dismantling of rig Machine and other Equipments and clearance of site after finishing the Job. (vii) Survey on ground by modem technic for identify sutaible location of bore well. (viii) Supply and Fixing of 200 mm size well cap after completion of work made from MSERW Pipe and MS Sheet of 8 MM Thick. (ix) Supply and fixing of suitable size casing Shoe Suitable for ODEX drilling and mede From EN-24 steel. (x) Supply of suitable bit tube of 100 cm in length made out of semless casing pipe as per requirement of ODEX attachement etc. (xi) Supply and Fixing of 200 MM size MS housing clamp 8 MM Thick including nut, Bolt and washers Complete Set. (xii) Supply of 200 MM size 7.00 mm thick MSERW Casing Pipe .
