Biennial maintenance contract for Dredging of Intake Channel, Pump Chamber, Silt traps etc. at Bhojudih, Jharkhand of STPS

Intake Channel:Dredging of Intake Channel by Power Dredger/Similar type machine and removal of dredged material at a suitable location as per direction of EIC. [The rate inclusive of hire and labour charges of all machineries, tools, tackles, all other taxes & all other miscellaneous expenditure as required for smooth running of dredging operation in all complete.](Electrical energy will be supplied at free of cost by STPS/WBPDCL, at a single point as per availability) (Dredging machine if damaged then it will be repaired by the agency immediately for smooth dredging work at agency's cost & liability)For maintaining average depth of water in such a way so that average depth of silt at any section to be kept constantly within 0.60 M.

Pump Chamber:Dredging of Pump chamber by Power Dredger/Similar type machine and removal of dredged material at a suitable location as per direction of EIC.The rate inclusive of hire and labour charges of all machineries, tools, tackles, all other taxes & all other miscellaneous expenditure as required for smooth running of dredging operation in all complete.](Electrical energy will be supplied at free of cost by STPS/WBPDCL, at a single point as per availability)

Silt Traps (Fore Bay Location):Dredging of Silt Traps by PowerDredger/Similar type machine and removal of dredged material at a suitable location as per direction of EIC. [The rate inclusive of hire and labour charges of all machineries, tools, tackles, all other taxes & all other miscellaneous expenditure as required for smooth running of dredging operation in all complete.](Electrical energy will be supplied at free of cost by STPS/WBPDCL, at a single point as per availability) For Maintaining depth of water more than1.5 Mtr.

Total wage excluding 'profit & overhead' i.r.o. Engagement of 04 nos. Non-Agreemental [Unskilled] category workers for operating dredging machines, transportation of the same, and all other activities related to dredging operation as per direction of E.I.C. Payment will be made on actual attendance basis. (Please seeNIT for 'Minimum Wage Estimate' details w.e.f. date:01.01.2026 [Ref. minimum wage mentioned in NIT.Quote less than mentioned minimum wage shall liable for rejection of bid.]

Jungle cutting: Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary Two coats (with any shade except white)

Brick work: 200 mm. thick Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks set in cement sand mortar (1:6)including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc. complete in all respect. In ground floor

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] With 1:6 cement mortar
